"Sir." Niall muttered respectively and got down on one knee. He bowed his head and waited till the man made a small noise of recognition before waving his hand so Niall could rise.
"My child, I have a job for you." He said and Niall nodded. "Are you ready for a mission or shall I send you back to training?" He asked, genuinely concerned for one of his angels.
"I'm ready sir, I promise I won't let you down." Niall assured quickly, wanting nothing more then to please him.
"I'm sure you won't." He said with a smile, Niall was one of his new Angels, he had been training for only 19 years. Most of his angels weren't allowed missions until a little after the 50th mark but Niall had shown great potential.
"Niall I don't trust very many people with a task like this but I do trust you. I'm sending you to earth to observe 4 hunters, got it?"
"Yes sir." Niall mutters.
"You must not, under any circumstances, let them see you. If they do, you know how to deal with it."
"Yes sir."
"No interactions with them, just observe." He clarifies, trying to make sure his point was clear. Niall only nods once again.
"Yes sir."
"And of course, be safe." He lets a smile grace his lips and Niall nods once again.
"Yes sir." And with that Niall uncurls his wings and makes his way to get the very few things he would need to leave heaven.
His creator on the other hand frowned in worry as he watched Niall fly away.
Niall had never been a human, he had made Niall himself, it happens sometimes when he was running low and needed more angels.
But that means things could go wrong, because unlike the other angels who had been human once, Niall couldn't feel emotion. And Niall would never feel emotions, just simply because he had never experienced the whole human part of his life.
He just hoped Niall would listen to his instructions very clearly.
I'm so excited for this book!! But I just want to clear this up, Niall is going to be younger then the others, because this is fanfiction and I CAN DO THAT.
