STEPHANIE'S POV
"I don't know what to do Anna! Everything I try he seems to not notice!" I explained to Anna as we walked down the hallway to our next class, math.
My mom and her mom are literally best friends since our first year in school. Since then we've been inseparable.
"Oh c'mon! It can't be that bad?" Anna answered back at me.
"I'll prove it."
"Okay, but you have to do it right now in our math clas-" I cut her off.
"What! No! are you crazy he's in our math class! and so is his gang." I whispered/yelled at her.
"Exactly" she smirked.
"But... Ugh, fine!"
"You owe me one."
"Fine! Just go! He's waiting!!" She sasses.
"Oh shut up he doesn't even know I exist!"
I slowly walked into class with Anna a few inches away from me.
Should I tap his shoulder?
No.
Should I call out his name?
No.
Ugh. Just do it already! I told myself.
Breathe...breathe.
"Jack." I whispered. Nope, he didn't hear me.
I felt a light push from Anna motioning me to be louder.
I cleared my throat and spoke up. "Jack." But instead Jack Johnson looked and straight at Anna.
Oh god. She's gonna kill me. He probably thought Anna was calling him.
Let me explain the situation.
Anna Livingston + Jack Johnson = Never.
It's pure hatred.
Since day uno.
I don't know why and I don't know how, it just happened out of the blue.
I zoned back out and saw them glaring at each other. This isn't going to end well.
"Anna banana! Why you lookin'? Yah lost?" Jack J. yelled.
"No. And my name is Anna, not banana." She answered angrily. She sounded pissed.
All of their gang started laughing, except for Matthew and Shawn.
Only because we are friends.
