Surprise again, readers!
Quick reminder before you read the announcement about the book, Ivy and Zane's daughter's name is Kayne, pronounced Kay-n. :) While this story is about Ivy's youngest sister, Rosa, I wanted to make sure you knew since Kayne is in the story! <3
(Imagine fireworks here!) Here's to another short story in the redemption series! Rosa is one of the less mentioned in the series so far since she was so young in the other books.
This book moves forward quite a bit in years. <3
Also, this is a pretty large age-gap romance (fourteen years).
I know Finding Home in Redemption had an eleven year age gap, but that was for specific purposes. I truly prefer my characters to be at the most five years apart, but I started writing Redeeming the Darkness in 2017 and I honestly knew Rosa would inevitably end up with Sandro.
I don't know how I knew, I just did.
So, if large age gaps aren't for you, I totally get it! This story isn't detrimental to the series, but it's definitely been fun to write so far!
My goal is for it to be a short story and hopefully it'll come in between 5,000 and 10,000 words. :)
Happy Reading <3
