Lloyd's POV
I slowly attempt to open my eyes but they feel as if they've been clamped shut. My body refuses to move but I sense the damp, cold floor beneath my legs. My hands make no effort to move so my endeavour to lift my body up to stand prove to be fruitless. The unsettling sound of rattling metal and lack of movement from my hands causes realisation to hit me; my hands are chained up!
I keep my eyes tightly shut, not wanting to see my surroundings. Instead, the events of what I last remember happening, replay in my mind.
"Lloyd... LLOYD!" I hear y/n scream from the house. My brains telling my mouth to shout back for help but my mouth ignores the command, instead, it stays shut as if super glue was keeping my lips together. My hands trembled in fear as it was the only way my body could express how I felt with the sudden visit from this unknown, hooded figure standing just metres in front of me. What am I do? I'm the green ninja, I'm meant to spinjitzu this guy into next century. I'm about to go ahead with my plan when he suddenly talks.
"Well, hello!" he says joyously, while waving his arms around "You're the green ninja, I'm the bad guy and if you haven't already figured out, I'm here to kidnap you." he says while oddly shaking my hand, "I hope you don't mind." he says sarcastically.
Then, I felt nothing, saw nothing, heard nothing: till now.
I open my eyes hesitantly and take in my surroundings. It's a small cell, four walls around me that look fifty feet tall and seem to concave in on me; to top that off, a damp, cold brick floor is beneath me and it's numbed the feeling in my legs.
An ear-piercing ringing reaches my ear and then I begin to hear the faint sound of talking. I try to stand up but the chains keep me down. The sound of talking becomes much clearer and I can merely make out what's being said.
"As Lloyd always says, ninja never quit!"
Is that, Kai?
"Now search the Bounty for this creep!" I hear him shout but his voice sounds like it's coming out of speakers.
Y/N was with me, she was in the house when I was captured. She might be here too! I open my mouth to call out to her but no sound comes out. I try again, and again, and again, until...
"Y/N!" I finally cry out, the obvious sense of desperation in my voice.
"That's right. You miss your boyfriend don't you y/n?" I hear a blood curdling voice say, "Just listen to him desperately pleading your name."
What? What is this lunatic doing? What does he want with my friends and my girlfriend?
I hear the sound of heavy footsteps walking towards my cell. I want to lift my head to look at this psycho but my whole body feels drained of energy.
I hear the screech of the metal door opening, then footsteps approaching me till they come to a halt on the right side of me. I shift my head slightly to look in their direction, but again, I'm unable to lift my head. Instead, I see my kidnappers uninteresting shoes: big, black leather boots with silver studs on them; shoes that a rock star would most likely wear, but this was no rock star.
"Is sleeping beauty finally awake?" he says tormenting me.
"Sleeping beauty?" I say questioning him, slightly raising my head.
"Yeah" he says in a strange and quirky tone, "You've been out like a light since I knocked you out and you've got that ridiculous blonde hair. I'd say you're a spitting image of sleeping beauty" he says ruffling my hair. I shake my head away from his hand.
"Shut the hell up" I murmur under my breath. I assume he hears what I say because I receive a swift kick in the side of my stomach.
"Still being mean to me I see. I guess people never change!" he screams into my ear, followed by a excruciating kick in my stomach. My body immediately lurches forward and the sudden need to cough or throw up comes over me.
"Do I know you?" I say, the words sounding surprisingly clear considering the lack of breath I have.
"Yes you do. If you lifted up that stupid head of yours to actually look at me, you would recognise me as quickly as a heartbeat."
I decide to act on that suggestion and raise my head. My eyes then lock onto his very familiar ones.
"You." I scowl at him.
"Yes, it's me. Surprise!" He says in an excited manner with a hideous look of joy all across his face. His thrilled face is abruptly replaced with a vile expression. "Did you miss me?" he says in a deep, unnerving tone.
"Not even in the slightest." I reply in a bitter tone to show I have no fear right now.
He nods.
He glances down at the floor and places his hands in his pockets, then he looks up. He gradually makes his way over to me and then kneels down so that we're at the same eye level.
"That's a shame," he finally says, breaking a bit of the tension in the air, "neither did I."
A gruesome smirk appears on his face as he reaches his right hand into his pocket. He pulls out whatever was in his pocket. My eyes widen when I realise what it is.
A rock.
He looks at it. Raises it above his head, then lowers it and finally...
nothing.
Pitch black, again.
