After there mom died Mariah and her siblings move from New Orleans to Atlanta with there dad. Trying to make ends meet Mariah has to start over hoping her past doesn't come to haunt her.
I was sitting in math class bored asf I swear this was the lamest class I had out of all of my blocks. Then finally the bell rung and I was the first one out the door and I was going to meet up with Mariah so we could walk to lunch together. I finally got by her locker and everyone was crowded around her locker so I knew something had to be wrong so I started pushing people out the way to see what happened. I saw her crying and I yelled to everybody to go bout they business and they did. I said to her " Bruh who did this to you man, I stg I'm going to kill this nigga!" I tried to help her up but she couldn't get up so I picked her up and her brother came around the corner. " Ayo bruh what happened to my sister man?" " Bro she was at her locker crying when I came out my classroom" " DAMN MAN!" he punched his hand into the locker. " Quan man calm down, I think I already got an idea who did this" Mariah started crying and said E..R..I..C her brother turned around so fucking fast I ain't even know this nigga nomo by the way he was looking. " Bruh I stg that nigga dead OMM!" the principal came running our way "OMG WE NEED TO GET HER TO THE HOSPITAL, CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT HAPPEND!" I was about to but Mariah couldn't breathe so I ran out the school with her in my arms and put her in the back seat and I drove off so fast to the hospital. When we got to the hospital the doctors were already outside with the hospital bed. I ran and set her on the bed they took her into a room and told me to wait outside in the waiting room so I sat down and called my mama.
*1 HOUR LATER* ( AUGUST POV)
The doctor came out and said we can come in Me my mama and Mar'Quan went to the back and we walked in her room and she was sleep, so we just sat down and started talking. (1 Hour later) Nevaeh came in the room and she looked mad as hell. " WHY YALL DIDNT CALL ME TF WRONG WITH YALL MAN?" when she said that Mariah woke up. Everybody got up and went to her bed. " How you feeling Riah ?" Mar'Quan asked her. " "Good my head hurt tho" when she said that the nurse came in. "Ok Miss William's you are free to go but you need to stay home from school for 2 to 3 days and you prescription has already been shipped to your pharmacy" " Ok thank you" They gave her some release papers and I helped her out the bed and she went in the bathroom to change clothes.
Mariah pov
The nurse told me I could go home so August helped me out the bed and I went into the bathroom to change my clothes. When I was done I walked out the bathroom grabbed my phone and charger off the bed. "You ready to go" August asked me. "Yea let's go" He grabbed my hand and we walked outside to his car. "You stay right here until I get the car" he said walking away. I was just standing there waiting when I got a phone call from my dad.

August pulled up and he helped me get into his car and he started driving when my song came on the radio( Foreva: By Cardi B). "BAE TURN IT UP!" He stared laughing and he turned it up and I started singing and dancing when I got a text from my sister saying she dropped my clothes off at August house.
*15 minutes later* He pulled up into his driveway and I saw my Chanel bag on his porch. " OMG THIS GIRL DID NOT LEAVE MY FUCKING CHANEL BAG OUT THE OPEN LIKE THIS!"I said getting out of his car. "Bae calm down he said picking up my bag and walking in the house upstairs. I followed him and we went in his room and I got in his bed and laid down and August got in on the other side and wrapped his arms around me and I went to sleep.
*The Next Day* (Still Mariah pov) I woke up the best morning with August arms still around my waist. I moved his arms and got up and went in the bathroom, I looked in the mirror and I had a little,scratch in my face. I got in the shower and for 30 minutes and slipped on my outfit ( It's in the media.)

I did my normal routine(Makeup, hair, etc.) and went downstairs and started making breakfast.
August pov I woke up and Mariah wasn't beside me then I smelled food so I decided to go take a shower before I went downstairs, so I went in the bathroom and took a 30 minute shower and slipped on my outfit (In media)

I brushed my hair and my teeth and went downstairs. "Hey baby" I said kissing her. "Hey bae" she said handing me a plate of Eggs, Bacon, Grits, and sausage. "Thanks" I said grabbing it from her and going to the table. "So what you wanna do today?" I asked her. "I wanna get a tattoo" she replied back and I started laughing. "Are you For real Bae?" "Yes August I'm serious" "Ok but just to let you know then shuts hurt like hell." "Yea I know" "Ok" said picking up both of our plates and putting them in the dishwasher. "You ready?" I said picking up my keys and my phone. "Yea let's go." We got in the car and I drove to my uncles tattoo shop.
