I'm a party animal

It's become very clear that Grayson and Ethan's fandom were catching on with Grayson and I's relationship. My follow count and likes on my pictures have gone up by the thousands.

New Year's Eve came around fast, I've seen Grayson once since Christmas. It was getting lonely without him. But I understood completely why I haven't seen him. He went back to Jersey to see his family for the holidays.

It was weird having a Christmas in Winter, back in Australia Christmas is in summer and it storms every three seconds, the weather is bipolar I swear.

I was invited to a New Year's Eve party tonight by a girl I met when I went to check out my new college. We talked briefly and she asked where I was from.

I have noticed that American's seem to think my accent is British! I've reinsured a number of people that I am in fact Australian and I didn't ride kangaroos to school. Such a stupid myth.

I got ready to go to the party pretty quickly, I think it was because my mind was telling me the faster I get there the faster I get home. I didn't want to be there, not without Grayson anyway. I knew no one. It would be embarrassing just standing around all night.

The party was in full swing when I got there, there was dancing and drinking. But I couldn't seem to smile after all Grayson wasn't here. I don't mean to be a protective girlfriend but I couldn't help it. He's well known and well liked and I was just a girl from Australia after all.

I found a spot to sit in the hallway of the college dorms. I pulled up my Instagram and uploaded a picture of myself and Grayson. You couldn't see his face nor did the picture really look like him, so I thought it was save to upload.

"Happy New Years to the person I want to spend it with most, I miss you"

I decided to go and get a drink before finding the girl who invited me. I found her dancing with a group of people. They all looked like happy and kind people so I approached them.

"Hey I'm Chelsea," they turned to look at me. The girl who had invited me looked at me and smiled. I couldn't for the life of me remember what her name was.

"Hey Chelsea, these are my friends Tom, Dayne, Bella, Eve, Ella and I'm Jess if you forgot," she said as she pointed to each person. I waved at them and gave a small smile. "Are you here with anyone?" I shook my head no. I wish I was though.

"Well it's ten minutes until the new year so I'm going to go find a place to look at the fire works," I had to yell for them to hear me over the loud music. They waved goodbye before I walked off to the front yard.

My phone vibrated in my pocket and I took it out to see a message from Grayson.

Grayson: Hey what are you doing?

Chelsea: Just at this party at my campus

Grayson: Ughh okay,  I hope you're  having fun.

Chelsea : I'm not hahha, I miss you and I don't know anyone. How's Jersey?

Grayson:  I miss you too, Jersey was fun. I should that you there one day to meet my family

Chelsea: Was? There? You are speaking like you aren't in Jersey anymore.

Grayson: Maybe I'm not....

Chelsea: GRAYSON BAILEY WHERE ARE YOU

Grayson: I would say 5 minutes from your campus, it's the new year soon and I want to start it with you.

Chelsea: I'll meet you out the front

Grayson: Okay Princess

I made my way through the crowds of people to the front door. It was now only two minutes until the New Year and I was starting to think Grayson would miss it.

I throw the front door open and ran down the steps, as I reached the end of the drive way a black car pulled up and Grayson jumped out. We made eye contact and I immediately start running towards him. He caught me and we hug for what seemed to be ten minutes. I could hear everyone counting down from ten, signaling there was only ten seconds until 2017.
Grayson placed me down on the lawn and wrapped his arms around me. We locked eyes. This was going to be the best year of my life for sure. So much good was happening in my life and I didn't want that to change.
When everyone had finished down down and the cheers of hundreds screaming 'Happy New Year' was the only thing that was heard, Grayson lent down to kiss me. We kissed for what seemed ages until we pulled apart. I was the first to speak.
"I missed you," I pulled him into one last embrace.
"I missed you more princess, how about we go party? I'm quite the party animal," I lost it at his comment.
"Alright buddy what every you say," I patted his chest, turned and grabbed his hand pulling him with me.
"What it's true," Grayson seemed like he was reassuring himself more than me.
Let's go see how much of a party animal this twin really was.
