Ethan's POV
Meghan left to get Luke some food , as  I was about to leave, Luke called me back, “ethan” “ you like my sister don't you?” he asked with a smirk “ well......just a little bit” I lied “  Ethan I just met you and I can tell you're lying ” Luke jokes. “Well, yeah I do and so does my brother .....we're best friends ” I reply “ then I want you to take care of her ” he said.

"What , what do you mean take care of her.....where are you going” I told him “ I need you to take care of her while I'm gone”he told me “ no, but your her brother , she'll be heart broken without ” I tell him “  I'm sure you , your brother and big brother will take good care of her” he said closing his eyes, his heartbeat rate monitor line was straight.

I shouted for help, nurses came rushing in with doctors, they told me to leave and I  did , I walked out they closed the door. I saw Meghan running in with gray towards me,“ what's happening , why is Luke's door closed, Ethan what's happening to Luke ” I cut her off ,“ their trying their best to bring him back” I tell her.

Meghan's POV
Luke told me to get him some food, so I left Luke with Ethan. As I walked in and out of the café , I saw Gray going into the gift shop, so I followed him in,“ hey Gray what are you doing in the gift shop?" I asked him,“ well since your little brother is sick, so I bought him this “ Get well soon”  bear. “Aww, it looks cute ” I  said in awe.

Grayson's POV
  After i went to bathroom, I walked into the gift shop to buy Meg's little brother a gift to hopefully  make him feel better on the inside, I saw the cutest thing ever ,  a plush pear that said “Get well soon” it kind of reminded me of Meg. After I took the bear I heard the sweetest voice I know ,Meghan, “ hey Gray, what are you doing in the gift shop?” she asked me,“well since your little brother is sick, so I bought him this “Get well soon” bear" I replied. “Aww, it looks cute ”she said in awe,

Meghan's POV
As we walk into the waiting room, I saw doctors and nurses rushing into Luke's room , and I saw Ethan got pushed out and shut the door,“what's happening, why is Luke's door closed.... Ethan what's happening to Luke,” I raised my voice. “Their trying their best to being him back” Ethan said trying to calm me down ,“ethan what's going on with Luke” I said “Meghan calm down ” Ethan said .

“How can I calm down when my only brother's life is on the line” I yelled while tears came down my cheeks.
“Yeah about that Luke said something about a bigger brother ” Ethan said,“what big...bigger brother, I only had Luke as a brother or at least I think so" I said wiping the tears away.
                           
                            «1 Hour later»

I heard someone yelling “ where's my brother , where is he, where's Luke ," he yelled,"I'm looking for Luke Dallas" that's what made me jump, the doctor came in and said "um.........Dallas?" The doctor asked, "Yes" me and that other guy that just ran in said at the same at.

"What?!" I said. “Cameron , what are you doing here, dude ,"Gray asked him, "I heard my my brother was having some  problems with his cancer " this “cameron ” person said. "Is your brothers name Luke" Ethan asked him, "yeah and I have a little sister buy I don't know where she is?".
