The pups face a new enemy by the name of Alex Mercer, and he creates a virus called Blacklight. The virus can kill, mutate, and evolve the creator, Alex evolves himself and spreads the virus and the pups go undercover to stop Alex Mercer!
"I am going to finally take over the world!" said Alex. "How are you going to do that?" said one of his men. "With this new virus I made, its called Blacklight!" said Alex. "Blacklight?" said one of his men. "Yes Blacklight you idiot! It can kill, mutate, or evolve the creator of it, which is me!" said Alex. "But sir, doesn't that mean that you're going to die?" said one of his men. "I said it can kill me, I didn't say it will!" said Alex.
Alex then took a sip and then started to feel weird. "Aguhhhh! Whoa, I've never felt this power before!" said Alex. Alex then could shapeshift into anything now, but he said he would now spread this virus everywhere across the Earth. "I will kill every living soul on this planet with this virus!" said Alex. "Even this tiny island named Adventure Bay sir?" said one of his men. "Adventure Bay? I've never heard of it, but I'll pay that island a visit! And then they'll suffer from the virus!" said Alex. "Look out Adventure Bay, because here comes Alex Mercer!"
