Chapter 16: Emergency

(KURTS POV)

After Blaine and I took another shower, we cuddled up on our couch and watched Moulin Rouge. Every time I cried, Blaine would wipe away the tears and kiss the spot where the tear laid upon my cheek.

Once the movie was over, my phone rang. I grabbed my phone and read the caller I.D. Rachel. I press the answer button. "Hey Rachel. What's up?" I ask.

"Kurt! Oh my god!" Rachel cries.

"What? What? What's going on Rachel? Are you okay?" I ask.

"Elliot's in the hospital!" Rachel cries.

My eyes widen and my mouth drops. "What?! How?!" I ask.

"What's wrong?" Blaine asks.

"Elliot's in the hospital." I tell Blaine.

"He was hit by a car and has been in a comma for over a week. The doctors finally found his records and called his parents who were out of town but they knew my number so they called me. We need to go see him, now." Rachel demands.

"Rachel I care for Elliot and all but I can't leave Blaine here. It's my day off. Take Santana." I say.

"You can bring Blaine with you." Rachel says.

"Um, no I can't. Did you forget about what happened between them?" I ask.

Elliot and I grew close together as good friends after I was convinced that he was trying to take over my band when he really wasn't. So I took a selfie of him and I but just as I hit the button Elliot turned and kissed my cheek. I thought it was cute so I posted it to Facebook. Blaine saw it of course and tried to believe that I wasn't cheating on him but had to find out for himself. He came to New York and had a huge argument with Elliot, because I just then found out that Elliot had a crush on me.

"Kurt, don't let me get in the way of you and your friends. I'm fine here." Blaine says.

"Blaine, that's really sweet of you but I'm staying here. I can see him tomorrow after work." I say the last sentence into the phone loudly so that Rachel hears me.

"Okay fine. I take Santana. Bye." Rachel says then hangs up.

"Have I ever told you how great of a fiancé you are?" Blaine says.

"A thousand times, but do you mind making it a thousand and one?" I smile.

"You, Kurt Hummel, are the most amazing, interesting, sexy, romantic, beautiful fiancé in the whole world." Blaine says as he pulls me into his lap and presses his lips softly to mine.

"I love you." I say.

"I love you too." Blaine says.
