In the year 3014 the human race have witnessed a stunning event. With time that passed a suddenly evolutionary moment occurred. One gene in specific evolved beyond expectation, causing the life expectancy to raise at a record level. The human life expectancy is now calculated to last at quadruple to a four hundred years.
With the human race being joyful about this evolution, events soon turned for the worse. At the year 3112 the world soon found out that with a high life expectancy comes a price. Overpopulation made the downfall of world economics possible, and food would prove to be a problem. Jobs were lost ,and with so many people on earth the world soon came to a stop.
Riots broke out in nearly every city known to man. The rich barricaded themselves in huge capitol cities with most of the supplies and food rations. Only allowing a select few inside, the world beyond the outer walls soon became a wasteland of bandits and criminals. Law was still trying to be kept in the wastelands of what used to be called a civil world. The present year is 3130, and law has stated that beyond the walls of Utopia; the capitol city. No man, woman or child shall be prosecuted for any crimes. The other capitols even created a show on what they call a Television, that spectates these crimes as some kind of sport.
The ultimate solution for overpopulation. Those with a high kill count, whether it be man, woman or children will get granted access to a special facility. It hold what everyone seeks, a way out of the wasteland. This story is about a family that found themselves surviving in the wasteland, where everyone and anyone can be a threat. With only one goal, to survive these horrible day's without any form of protection.
