Our freedom
We live in the 21 century in the United States of America
Where are freedom was given to us at birth
Where they told us our worth
Is the same, As we are 'Equal'
As all the other people
All the Hispanics, Blacks, Whites
Having the Bill of Rights
Where all our freedom was given
As back in the old days was driven
For their equality
But are we truly equal?
No, and let me tell you why
If we have equality then why are we judging people
Base on their race
We are such a disgrace to those who left all they knew for a better future
As we become an abuser
To those who are different
Because we think they are insignificant
That since they weren't born here
They truly haven't earn their right
We need to ignit
This generation to change
The range of this frustration
In the true free nation
But why are we so hateful to those who are different
Why?: We Hate Change
But need it
But we must delete it
How the negative impact on this 'United' Nation
How are we United
But being separated at the same time?
Where the line was drawn
But the line is driven right through our united nation
As this idea is becoming a frustration
Because a house divided against itself cannot stand
As Lincoln helped us understand
The point of this nation
We cannot be divided
If we want to success
We have to address the true problem with our nation
As the British formed our foundation
But hey, let's get back to the modern day situation
Like how people are being discriminated for their religion
I should I know because I was indeed one of them
I was stuck in a place where they hated the idea of change
Where I was set aside, where they drew the line of who I am
And where I belong
Which was stretched out for way too long
As they making fun of my gender, personality and race
To them I'm such a disgrace
We need to step together and become the nation that our founding fathers
We're hoping we will become under the same God in our pledge
That we are slowly turning away from
That we may be speaking a different language
But since we are under the same nation
We are Americans
And nothing can take our rights from us
As we need to discuss
Living under our united flag
We are united as one
Not separate people with a different race
For some of us this country isn't our birthplace
But we treat it as our own
We can't step out alone
We need to stop and think
Are we being outdated?
As I advocated
This cause
Is our rightful laws
As living here in the United States
As it creates the nation we know as today
It portrays everyone in our country
Becoming one, As we are finally are accepting everyone
Who can dream big and take a chance
With a new start as we can advance
To become the nation our founding father dreamt of
A land that is full of FREEDOM.
As I pledge: "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under, God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
As we have to recall our true roots
Having small disputes with all
But if we are still truly divided
We Will All Fall

I'm super excited to post this poem. It came from the heart. Hope you guys enjoy it.
