"A very simple charm," Professor smiled brightly as the students listened eagerly and leaned in, "but it can be a bit addicting."

"What does it show exactly?" Hermione asked after her raised hand was acknowledged.

"Depends. It's similar to the Patronus, but instead of your spirit animal, it shows a person you hold dear in your heart. Say, if two best friends were to cast it, it would show the other, as they hold each other dear."

Kirkland beamed once more, leaning on Flitwick's desk. "Incantation, Amissa Caritate." The class repeated with a bit of hesitancy. "Now, who would like to try it first?" No one moved. Kirkland shook his head and laughed. "I suspected as much. I guess I'll go, then!"

Harry watched as he rose his wand and said the words with clear pronunciation. An ethereal light green mist came from the tip of his wand, and it slowly formed into a person.

This person had beautiful curly hair with one stubbornly sticking out of the left side noticeably. He wore a buttoned up shirt with a jacket a bit too large for him, and his eyes... What could they truly be described as? Though green was the designated colour, they sparkled in the light. They were truly beautiful, and the most noticeable of his features.

"Cool and cold, like winds on the sea," he sang, his voice light and airy. The words echoed slightly, giving off a more extraterrestrial feeling to it.

The man walked towards Kirkland, whom was stunned. "Will you ever return to me? Hear my voice-" The man cupped Kirkland's face, smiling softly. "-sing with the tide..."

Tears were slowly coming out of Kirkland's eyes, and no one dared to utter a word as the man leaned forward, their lips ghosting over the other's. Now, the children were in their 4th Year, and therefore weren't childish with acts of affection, but this one made most want to turn their heads away; not as disgust, but as if they were unworthy to witness an act.

"Our love will never die..."

As soon as those final words were spoken, the man disappeared like mist, and Kirkland fell to the ground, tears flowing freely, but he did not give a sound. Soon after, he fell to the ground, unconscious.

"Get a teacher!!" someone cried as people huddled around Kirkland, Harry included. "Don't touch him! Stop crowding around him, give him space!!"

"Don't block the doorway!"

McGonagall bustled in, Madam Pomfrey right behind her. Students scrambled out of the way for them to treat the unconscious assistant.

"What spell did he teach you?" McGonagall hurriedly asked, rounding on Hermione.

"A-Amissa Caritate, ma'am!"

McGonagall sighed, murmurs of cursed directed towards 'Arthur' only being heard besides Madam Pomfrey's changing of spells. "This class is now dismissed. Go to the library or Common Room. Don't breathe a word of this to anyone!"

Harry was in the Hospital Wing due to a Quidditch accident. He was forced under a potion induced sleep, but he woke up sometime in the night. (Or, at least he assumed it was night. The curtains around him blocked his sight of windows.)

"Honestly, Arthur, you daft twat, what were you thinking?!"

"I-..."

"What am I talking about, you never think! Merlin's sake, everyone's going to be talking of it now!"

"I didn't mean to have a breakdown, Poppy!!" Kirkland yelled, taking a shaky breath afterwards. "Do you think I purposely did that? For God's sake, it's been years since I've heard that bloody song, and it's been years since I've seen Feliciano!! It hurt me to see him. I loved him with all of my heart, and to have him torn away from me is just the worst! I never wanted him to sacrifice himself for me, if anything, I should've died! Feli had so much to live for... He could've moved on, but me?!

"Oh, who am I kidding... I keep smiling and lying to myself, saying, 'Everything's going to be okay!' Lovino doesn't even look me in the goddamn eyes ever since I told him what happened. Romeo is even worse. I tore apart his family because of the stupid shit I did!!

"We were going to be married," he sobbed brokenly, and loudly. Harry felt himself get a little choked up as sat up and drew back the curtains, forcing himself to get up and hug Kirkland, whom accepted the hug and reduced himself to shaky breaths.

"It's okay to cry, Professor," Harry whispered as he felt Kirk-...Arthur tense up. "I bet Feliciano wouldn't want you to bottle up your emotions."

"It's unhealthy, baby," Feliciano nagged, hands on his hips and a small pout upon his lips. Arthur remembered every detail perfectly. How his nose was slightly scrunched up, how the sweater he wore rested comfortably around his tanned shoulders, and how brightly his eyes shined in the light of the moonlit window.

"My apologies, then," Arthur smiled, ruffling Feliciano's hair, mindful of the stray curl.

"My apologies, then," Arthur whispered, a sad smile gracing his features.
