Never leaving your side

He smirks, "You missed me." he says twirling my hair around his finger.

"I didn't miss you..." say and blush

"You did, you thought about me and cried on your sofa and are ice cream and dreamt we were together at a softball game...." he says

"You're an idiot." I say and eat my food.

"But I'm your idiot right?"

"You can say that.."

"So, do you want to do something today?"

"Like?"

"I don't know..."

"As you can see," I point to my oxygen tank, "We're kind of limited." he sighs.

"You're going to have to deal with it the rest of your life."

"what?"

My cheeks heat, "Oh um no I didn't-" I sigh and he chuckles.

"It's okay."

I get dressed and start on my schoolwork while Harry cleans up the kitchen.

"You're beautiful." he states

"Thank you." I giggle

"Can we go on a walk?"

"Right now? can I finish this?" I gesture to my computer. "I only have a few things left- 10 minutes?"

"Yeah."

While Harry waits he carries up the remaining boxes to my room and by the time he's done, I'm finished.

"Such a gentleman."

"Yeah.." he hides his face behind his curls and looks away.

"What's the matter?"

"Nothing. Shall we go?" He takes my hand and we walk towards the sidewalk.

"Are you sure nothing's wrong?"

"When are you going to die?"

"Excuse me?"

"Im sorry it wasn't supposed to come out like that, are you going to die, from cancer?" We both stop and turn towards each other and I hug him, my head resting on his chest.

"I don't know..." I whisper and tears fall. "But I want to spend all of my days with you." I look up and he's crying.

"Is Harry Styles actually crying?"

"Shutup. "

"Can we go to your place?"

"Yeah.."

When we get there, I sit on the couch and he sits next to me.

"When's the funeral?"

"Next friday."

"Are you going?" I take his hand.

"Only if you go, because I'm not wasting anytime, I'm not leaving your side."

I giggle, "I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, do you want to come?"

"Yes."

"Ok."
