Chapter 18

Inuyasha POV

My eyes widen, and I get into my fighting stance. "Jack." I growl. He walks out of the woods, he smirks. "Hello Inuyasha, I want my wife to be back. If you don't mind." he says. "Hell No! She is marrying me now, instead of you." I say. He smirks, "Yes, I also heard she had a child on the way." he says. 'I must not let on that (Y/N) and Hiyori are in the house.' I thought.

"That is correct Jack, she is with my child." I say. He takes out a long sword, he strokes the blade. "I want to test your strength with your sword against mine." he says. I nod, "Okay, but just don't pout if I win." I say. I look over at Sesshomaru, he nods and goes into the house. Jack smiles, "If I win, I take your wife and child. Deal?" he ask. "Deal." I say. I smirk and I take my sword out, I start to run towards Jack.

(Y/N) POV

Sesshomaru comes into the house, he looks at me. "I am here, just incase Inuyasha does not make it." he says. I become worried, I look at Sesshomaru. "What do you mean Sesshomaru?" I ask. "Jack showed up and he wants you back, but Inuyasha is going to make sure. He will defeat him." he says. I nod, "Okay, I just pray that Inuyasha will make it out okay." I say.

Sesshomaru comes over, and puts his hand on my shoulder. "He will." he says. 'Please my love...please be safe.' I thought. Hiyori starts to cry, I bounce her up and down. I start to sing a calming melody. (Start the song at 0:11- 1:27. The rest is for your enjoyment)

She stops crying and she looks up at me. I look down at her, and I smile. She smiles and she kicks her feet, I giggle lightly. "Hi pretty girl." I say. Kaede comes in, and shuts the door. I look up at here, "Just incase Jack comes in." she says. I nod, and I look down at Hiyori. "Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Sesshomaru, Kaede, and Auntie Sango will protect you from him." I say. They all nod, and I smile.

I look out the window, and I watch the fight. Everytime Inuyasha gets hurt, I gasp. I hold Hiyori close to me, than I see a familiar face coming out of the woods. 'Ryuu! What is he doing here!?' I thought. He walks up to a injured Inuyasha, and he takes over the fighting. Sesshomaru goes and carries Inuyasha into our room. I hand Hiyori over to Sango as I heal Inuyasha wounds, I hear gasps from behind me.

I look behind me, everyone's face is in shock. Besides Sesshomaru and Inuyasha, once his wounds are healed. I help him stand up, I set him down on a chair. I occasionally look out of the window to check on the fight, 'I did not know Ryuu was back from the war. Is dad okay? Is he okay?' I thought. Many thoughts went thoughts my head, once the battle was over. Jack collapsed onto the ground with Ryuu smiling, he walks into the house.

My eyes are wide, once he noticed me. I ran and hugged him tightly, "Ryuu! Your okay!?" I yell. He chuckles and smiles, he wraps his arms around me. "Yes, I am little sister." he says. I pull back and Hiyori starts to cry, I smile at Ryuu. I go and I take Hiyori back from Sango, I walk up to Ryuu. "Brother meet your niece Hiyori, mine and Inuyasha's daughter." I say. His eyes widen, he looks at Inuyasha then at me. He then smiles, he walks up to me. He looks down at Hiyori, he smiles.

"She definitely looks like you sis, but she has Inuyasha's hair." he says. I smile, Hiyori opens her eyes and looks at Ryuu. He smiles, she starts to smile. Ryuu looks at me, "Dad has been asking for you sis, mom too." he says. I look at him, "They have?" I ask. He nods, I look at Inuyasha. He stands up and he wraps his arms around my waist. Ryuu smiles at this, "I must say, you two look like a married couple." he says.

I smile big at him, he smiles. He sees the ring on my finger, "Congrats you two!" he says. He smiles big, he walks over to me. He hugs me, "Well, I must go. Bye Sis, Bye Hiyori. Bye Inuyasha, you better take care of my little sister." he says. Inuyasha smiles, "You better believe I will." he says. Ryuu waves then leaves the house. 'Stay safe my brother.' I thought. I start to yawn, Inuyasha smiles. "Tired, my love?" he asks. I nod my head, hiyori's eyes close. I smile at her, and I giggle. "I think Hiyori beat us to it." I say. He smiles, Everyone leaves the room. I lay Hiyori on a blanket bed next to our floor bed, I lay down on the bed. Inuyasha lays down next to me, he covers us with a blanket. Once we are comfortable, he pulls me close to his chest. I listen to his heartbeat, before I know it. I am asleep.

Lucas POV

I watch as the light turns off in Inuyasha's and (Y/N)'s room. I smirk as I walk into the forest, pondering what I am going to do next......
