THE NEXT DAY

Inuyasha POV

(Y/N), Hiyori, and I went outside. It was a little windy, so we wrapped Hiyori up in a warm blanket. We sat on the hill, that I proposed to (Y/N) on. (Y/N) sat on my lap, as she holds Hiyori in her arms. I pull back a loose hair, that was in (Y/N)'s face. She looks into my eyes, she kisses my cheek. "(Y/N), my love, When do you want the wedding to be?" I ask her. She smiles, "Is someone excited for the wedding?" she asks. I smile, "You know I am, (Y/N). I love you so much, that I want to be married to you quickly. So nobody can steal you away from me." I say.

She smiles, and puts her hand onto my cheek. "Inuyasha, my love, no one will steal me. I love you, and only you." she says. I smile, she smiles at me. "Two days from now, I want to be married to you." she says. I smile, and I kiss her cheek. "Then it will be done, my love." I say. She smiles, Hiyori starts to cry. (Y/N) starts to bounce her, and sings a lullaby. I look at my beautiful daughter, I put my index finger on her palm. She wraps her fingers around my finger, I smile. "(Y/N)? Who do you think Hiyori will take after, when she is older?" I ask.

She smiles, "That will depend my love, We will just have to wait and see." She says.

(Y/N) POV

I hold Inuyasha's hand, I look into his bright yellow eyes that are filled with love. 'I love him so much, he is my light in my darkest hour.' I thought. As the wind picked up, We went inside. We unwrapped the soft blanket, then we lay a blanket on the floor. We lay Hiyori down on the blanket, as she touches the blanket. She starts kicking fast, I smile. Then I look at Inuyasha, he is looking at Hiyori and smiling.

"I think we found her first power." I say giggling. I stand up over her, I look down at her. Then I feel arms wrap around my waist, I smile. "Love, Do you think when Hiyori is older. That she would be into a sword?" he asks. I look at Inuyasha, "If we are both sword wielder, I think she will be a sword wielder." I say. He smiles and tightens his grip on my waist, "I love you, (Y/N)." he says. I smile, I put my hand on his hand. "I love you too Inuyasha." I say.

We stand there until, my stomach growls. "Are you hungry, love?" he asks. I smile, "Yes, I am love." I say. He goes into the kitchen and starts to make something. "I did not know you can cook?" I ask. He looks up at me and smiles, "That is because I wanted to surprise you, but I guess you get to see first hand." He says. I smile, "Well...I am surprised." I say. "Ohhhh love, I must ask. What flower do you want for the wedding?" he asks. I start to think, 'Roses.....lilies.....lilac.....Orchids......Irises.....Irises.' I thought. I look at Inuyasha, "White Irises." I say.

He nods, "Got it." he says. I smile, I look over at Hiyori. She is fast asleep on the blanket. "I think our little girl had a long day." I say. I pick her up, I bring her to her blanket crib. I put a protective barrier over her for protection. I walk to the kitchen, where Inuyasha has food on the table. I look at the food, then I look at him. "That looks so good, love." I say. "The best part is to taste it." he says smiling. I sit down at the table, He puts a plate down in front of me. He sits down and starts to eat. I fill my plate, and I start to eat.

After we eat, the sun is about to set. Oranges, blues, yellows, purples line the sky. We both look out our bedroom window, we both wrap each other with our love. We watch as the sun goes to sleep behind the horizon, we climb into the bed. We hold each other until we both fall asleep
