Siyas POV

After Brooke fell and hit her I came back to reality. Oh shit I just hurt my girl man I stood there calling her but she wouldn't wake up. I stumbled to my moms room and told her what had happened. My mom went to help and called 911. When the police and ambulance came, the officers asked me what happened and I told them. They grabbed and cuffed Me. Then they put me in the back of the police car. When we got to the station they finger printed me, took my picture, and put me in a holding cell. I was in the cell for like 15 minutes when this short, big white officer came and told me I could make a call. I called my mom and she answered. She told me she would bail me out in the morning and that Brooke was okay but she had a concussion. When I tried to say I love you the phone hung up because my time was up. I sat on the floor in the cell with my head in my hands. This was crazy man, ive never been in this predicament before.

An officer finally unlocked the holding cell and they moved me to a unit. There was a bed, a sink, and a toilet. It smelled Like shit in here. I laid on the cold bottom bunk and cried myself to sleep.

10:00am

Siyas POV

I woke up to a bright light and a female officer unlocking my cell. She cuffed me and walked me back to the holding cell. I looked to the right and saw my mother. She was signing papers and crying. When she was don't they unlocked the cell and I was free to go. They had me in one night for a domestic violence charge.

I walked with my mom to her car. Ee drove in silence to the hospital. We went to Brookes room and she was on there sleep.

Siya she didnt press charges on you so you better make this right

Yes ma'am I will momma I didnt mean for this to happen. I was drunk and high and I promise it won't happen again.

Better not and stop doing drugs and drinking you are only 19.

My left the room and I sat next to Brooke. She woke up and look startled when she seen me.

I know I'm sorry I shoudlve just left and when you get out of here?

Probaly in a couple of hours if the swelling on my brain goes down.

I got up and kissed Brooke on the forehead. She smiled and went back to sleep. Oh god I'm so glad she forgave me. If she gets out early enough I really want to take her to this Phoenix game.

I sat back down in the chair and went to sleep.

2 hours later
Brookes hospital room

I woke up to a door shutting. My mom and the doctor came in. The doctor told us that Brooke could be released after they did another xray of her brain. The doctor pushed Brookes bed down the hall to the xray room and me and my mom waited until they came back. After about thirty minutes they came back and the doc signed the release papers and Brooke got into her clothes, grabbed her things and we all left.

When we got back to my moms house it was 3:30pm. The game started at 7 so me and brooke went shopping at talking stick resort. We bought matching mercury shirts and hats. Then we went to hollister and bought matching jeans and finally went to a footlocker close by and bought matching all purple jordan 12s. By the time we got back to my moms house from shopping it was 5:30. So we chilled and talked for awhile while watching empire.

Baby im sorry for everything that happened. Im sorry for cheating and getting wasted like that. I shouldve never left the house.

I forgive you si but to be honest its going to take time for me to trust you again.

I know bae and i respect that i said kissing her on the lips. We fell asleep on the couch and woke up to the alarm brooke had set. She got up and turned it off, it was 6:15. We took a shower together and got dressed. When we got to the arena we bought snacks and drinks and made our way to our close seats. Brittney griner and diana taurasi came over and high fived us before they started shooting around.

In the 4th quarter

Siyas pov

It was currently 4th quarter and mercury was winning. The score was 56 to 47. The buzzer went off and everybody in the crowd went wild including me and brooke. We stayed until the arena was cleared out. We left when the guards told us we had too.

3:00pm
My apartment

Siyas pov

Brooke was in the kitchen making some tacos. I had bought her ring the other day it was time for us to tie the knot.

I walked up behind her and put my arms around her waist

What si?

I turned around to where we was face to face and got down on my knee.

Brooke peterson will you marry me?

Hell naww

Well damn i tried i---

No im just playing yes i will marry you babe.

I got up and kissed her smiling i couldnt believe she had said yes.
