"I'm keeping a secret, one that might save our village." i tell my brother, Ryoku. "HA, as if!" he laughs patting my back. "Your a women. Your job is to cook, clean, and bring the next generation. You stick to finding the right guy for you. I'll protect the village." "You always degrade me Ryoku." i sigh walking away. I slam the door and watch as far in the distance i see two figures fast approaching. "Ryoku i see incoming people!" i shout. Everyone runs and hides as i quickly prepare to fight if needed. "Y/n go inside now..." i walk inside silently and slip out the back door. I watch as a boy about my age and a tall girl with a long black ponytail stop and look around. My brother and them exchange some words but everything goes wrong when a village member points out the star on the boys shoulder. "Wait! Maybe he isn't here to hurt us like he says he is!" i try to defend the blue headed boy. "Y/n...i told you to stay inside." i roll my eyes and walk up to him. "Who are you?" "Im the amazing blackstar." "Im tsubaki. Do you know anything about the enchanted sword?" i sadly nod. "Sadly yes. The enchanted sword has attacked this village many times and claimed even more lives. Including my brothers and i parents." "Sorry for your loss. Don't worry Y/n!!! I the great blackstar will avenge your family's death!! YAHOOO!!" he shouts pointing to the sky with a smug look on his face. "Thats him! He's part of the star clan! You murder be gone!!" one towns person yells as the rest of the village joins in shouting cries of hate. Before i can say anything to ease the mob of people, one man attempts to smash a bat against blackstar's head. I watch in amazement as he catches the bat in mid-swing. "I'm not here to hurt any of you. I only want to kill the enchanted swords weilder. I'll be on my way then. "Banish him!" "He isn't so bad once you get to know him!" tsubaki shouts trying to ease the croud into acceptence but it falls on unwilling ears. "The girls with him! Banish her too!!" tsubaki looks surprised and i gasp. -How could people be so cruel?- i feel my brothers hand in mine pulling me away. Before i could say anything, my e/c eyes lock onto his green ones. It's like i'm drugged, all the sounds i hear become dull and it sounds like im under water. The only thing i can see with lazer like focus is blackstar and his smirking face before im pulled away.

The woods are quiet when i enter the tree line. Looking back to see if i've been followed i smile in relief when nobody seems to notice my departure. I take a deep breath and focus on forming into my weapon form. I'm a simple hatchet with f/c spirals going up my handle. When i open my eyes im in blackstars hands looking at him. "I knew there was something about you that was as cool as me! Your a weapon! But why arent you in the D.W.M.A?" i softly smile and shift back to my human form. "I recently found out myself. I wanted to have complete control over my powers before i reveled them." "Well, i am the best meister in that damn school so its natural that you'd wanna steer clear of my turf." he says leaning against a tree trunk. Through his shirt i can see his muscles and his star marking. "So is it true?" "What?" "Are you really a part of the star clan?"
Blackstars p.o.v
When she asked that question my whole body froze over. -If she knows the truth will she hate me like her village members?- "Yeah. But im better than my family. I f they even deserve to be called that." "I think everyone is overreacting" "What do you mean?" "You don't look scary or threatening." "Oh really?" i say with a smirk. She smirks back and leans closer. "Oh yeah. In fact i think your a big softy in side." i decide to take her by surprise and connect our lips. She gasps and pulls away with her face as red as a cherry. I laugh and look to see her brother looking for her. "I gotta go cutie. See ya later." i take off running back where tsubaki is waiting for me and i smile. "You didn't go back to the village did you? We don't need no more trouble.'' i smile wider and shake my head no. "Did you know that Y/n is a weapon?"

It was a day after that day with Blackstar, and i was excited. After finding him in the forest i take a deep breath. "Will you train me as a weapon?!" "S-sure, it's only fitting that a girl like you be trained by the best!" "A girl like me?" "Never mind. Lets get started. The first thing you need to know is our soul wave links might not match so i might not be able to train you." I nod and change into my weapon form, a hatchet. With all the knowldege i learned, blackstar might as well be from another planet. He seemed to come from a world where fear is nothing and bravery is rewarded. I loved it. I wasn't only hanging out with blackstar for knowledge. We were in a secrete relationship. Only his weapon knew. But i could never stay long. My brother was beginning to notice i was leaving. "Where have you been?" he yells as i walk into the house. Both Ryoku and our grandfather are stareing at me. "I..." "You've been meeting that star-clan kid haven't you!?" "He isn't like you'd think!!!" i defend as a noize sounds out side. I look out the window and see my brother fighting blackstar. "But that isn't possible! He's right...here?" In Ryoku's place is a shadow. I scream and run outside. Tsubaki is holding a sword with black markings all around her body. "Y/n!!!" i hear blackstar yell as a pain starts in my head. Black markings appear mon my body but i ingore them and run towards blackstar. "Use me as your weapon!" i shout transforming. The towns folk, looking out the window gasp but i ingore them. Blackstar needs me.

It was painful hurting my brother but he was being controlled. It was his life or the whole villages, including my beloved blackstar. Finally, Tsubaki won the soul battle and was able to free my brother. She was shocked by all his wounds he suffered keeping me and her safe from the villagers beatings. As he comforted her, i tended to my brother. "So." he says trying to talk to me. "You love him don't you?" "Yes. Im a weapon Ryoku." i admit as he nods. "I know." i dont ask but he stands and smiles. "Your rightful place is in the D.W.M.A. Go and have fun. Visit me though. And stay safe." "Really?!" "Yes." I run out and hug blackstar ingoreing all the people watching. "I can come with you!!" he laughs and i kiss him. "Lets go." i nod and follow him as we run to my house, where i pack a bag. "Your gonna love our place Y/n." "I can live with you?" "Yeah, you are my girlfriend." i nod and we walk away. I'm finally leaving the village.

The D.W.M.A was huge, and so perfect. I was excepted into the academy after proving i was a weapon and my meister was a girl named Alice Rosse. I still lived with blackstar though. It was wonderful having a life away from that village. "Guys, this is Y/n my girlfriend." blackstar says introduceing me to his friends. "Oh your the new girl my papa was telling me about" a girl with sandy blond pigtales says with a smile. I nod and another girl with brownish blond hair smiles at me. "Dosen't talk much dose she?" "Blackstar dose enough talking for the both of us." i say with a laugh. The boy with white hair dies of laughter and nods. "She's awesome star, don't fuck this up." "I won't" blackstar say with a soft smile towards me. "Lets introduce her to stine." "NO!"
