It turns out, Jinyoung actually knew about Jihoon's dispute with his stepbrother, Park Woojin. It wasn't all staggering for Jiyeon, though. The moment she asked her twin brother Jinyoung about Jihoon having a stepbrother named Woojin, he immediately told her the gist about it when he had once heard the issue from Jihoon himself.

"Woojin and Jihoon were close as two coats of paint back then," Jinyoung said in the midst of his explanation. Jiyeon listened to her brother attentively, concurrently dismissing the fact of Hyungseob's (almost frequent) presence in their household due to his project partner being her brother. Jinyoung continues his words in a tone overshadowed with forlorn. "But then, things changed when Woojin moved to Busan. And Jihoon was left with his mother's company back here in Seoul then, he finished the revelation by saying everything went downhill from there."

And then Jinyoung ended it all from that point of the story, much to Hyungseob's heedless perspective over the situation. Jiyeon, who was somehow conscious of the matter, wasn't really sure of asking Jinyoung about the topic concerning Woojin, who Jihoon had mentioned three days prior. It was as if she was prying on something that he had shared particularly to his close friends; that including her brother and maybe, possibly, Hyungseob who appeared not too baffled when she brought up the subject herself.

Jiyeon, who cannot remark anymore further, exhaled, standing up from the floor as Jinyoung and Hyungseob immersed themselves back in their own work. Opening the door, she turned a quick glance at the two who shifted from their earlier attitude of casual classmates to focused students in tasks.

"I'm going to the convenience store for a drink," Jiyeon starts, voice laid-back and nonchalant. "You guys want me to buy something?"

"Coffee," Jinyoung answered, lightly pushing his laptop away before stretching his arms widely. The evident exhaust manifests to his string of words. "I want the mocha flavored."

"Alright," Jiyeon slipped on her shoes before turning to Hyungseob with the same inquiring look. "How about you, Hyungseob. Anything you want?" She asked, only to receive a declining motion from the boy who shook his head before standing up. Jinyoung curiously followed him with his eyes as he ambled pass Jiyeon across the door. He took a short-lived glimpse to his shoulder before gesturing a hand and taking his sweater that hung loose on the clothes rack beside Jinyoung's room.

"Nah," He grins, mouth seemingly stretched to an extent that reached his ears. Jiyeon deemed the said jubilant expression too radiating for her to observe. Hyungseob, who briefly snickered, nudged her arm in an obnoxious frivolous manner. "I'm going with Jiyeonnie."

"But I want to go alone." Jiyeon huffs, her shoulder dropping to the burden of having an awkward company with the jovial Hyungseob if she were to acknowledge his notion. Honestly speaking, she knows the guy at a limit pruned to occasional interactions in the classroom that included asking for the time, what's the homework, and even shamelessly asking for answers during dreaded quizzes. And the latter are just few of Jiyeon's encounters with Hyungseob that doesn't count for being friends.
