Am I Good?

Jack groaned slightly as he felt all of his energy being drained from his body. He winced as a slight shock hit him. I feel so weak! Jack fell backwards as Anti released his temples. He landed in his large gaming chair and moaned a little at the sudden impact. "A-Anti... Are you o-okay?" He croaked out, rubbing his head. It felt very sore. Owch! What the fuck?! He looked down and noticed Anti, who was sprawled on the floor. He didn't move at first. Please be okay... Please!

He lay there motionless for a few minutes and Jack began to panic slightly. He was too weak to move himself, or he would have gone over to him. Oh god! What if he's hurt badly? What do I do?... Like he said, I can't call an ambulance... Fear grew inside Jack more and more and his heartbeat sped up at one thought. What if he's dead?! NO! Don't think like that Jack! He scolded himself internally for even letting the thought cross his mind. He needed to be optimistic. He tried to get Anti to wake up once more. "Anti! For god's sake... Please wake up!! Are you okay? Please tell me you're okay?!" He shouted.

Suddenly Anti stirred and lifted his head slowly as Jack called him. He looked over and nodded slowly. "Yeah. I think so... The question is, are you?" He asked in a concerned tone. This could all go horribly wrong at any moment... Please be okay, Jack, please!

Jack looked to Anti and smiled softly. "I think so... I just feel a little dizzy." He replied, lying slightly. He felt more than dizziness, but he felt like Anti didn't need to know. I don't wanna worry him... He thought.

Anti could tell that Jack was lying. "You sure? You don't look great. If you feel anything else, you need to tell me! It could be fatal!" I'm sure he's holding back...

Jack sighed a little. "Dizziness, sickness and my vision's gone a bit blurry. I'm sure I'll be fine in a minute though." He smiled, trying not to worry him.

"Is that all? Please be honest with me." I can tell something's up. Anti was extremely worried about him. What if he's experiencing rejection? What if his body is trying to push everything I had replaced the good with out of him? He could die and it'll all be my own selfish fault! He cursed himself in his mind. You fucking IDIOT! He needed to find out. He waited for Jack to respond to his question.

Jack bit his lip. "I feel really weak..." Great! Now he's gonna blame himself. It was my decision to do this. I'll pay the consequences.

Anti walked over to Jack. He looked extremely pale... Paler than usual. He placed his hand on his forehead. It was red hot, like fire. Jack had a raging fever. "Jack, you're burning up. You might be rejecting the transfer..." He said quietly. SHIT! "I'm not sure yet. If you are, I'll never forgive myself!" He cried.

"Hey, please don't blame yourself! This was my decision. I'll pay the consequences. At least you're okay!" Jack laughed weakly. He began to feel worse. The sickness and dizziness increased, and his vision blurred in and out again. He tried to comfort Anti the best he could.

"I can't help it. If I hadn't taken over, none of this would have happened!" He yelled. He was very afraid of Jack dying. I can't lose him, not after all we've been through! "Hold still...." He said and placed his hands on Jack's temples once again.

Jack flinched as he did so. He was surprised as he felt Anti's cool hands touch his burning forehead. He felt a sharp shock, like the stab of a knife in his head. He winced slightly. "What was that for?" He asked nervously, looking at Anti anxiously. Please don't say you've transferred everything back again!

Anti looked up into Jack's eyes. "I'm trying to check what's wrong... I don't actually know..." Anti replied, sighing. He continued, "You may feel slight shock's from now on, but don't worry, it's nothing bad." He released Jack's temples and stood back a little.

Jack nodded and tried to stand up. He instantly fell backwards again, but missed the chair, instead landing in a heap on the floor. He sighed, feeling defeated. Oh man, my legs feel like jelly.

"Try not to move too much... You're going to be disoriented for a while... I had to do something..." Anti stopped himself and looked down.

"O-Okay..." Jack stuttered, looking up at him. "W-What exactly did you do?" He asked nervously.

Anti shifted a little on the spot. "I don't know if I should say... I don't want to alarm you..." He said, biting his lip.

Jack shrugged. "J-Just say it. I-I'll be fine."

Anti took a deep breath. "Well... You seem to be rejecting the transfer... I had to take some of it back... to try to stabalise you, but I don't know if I'm stable." It could all go wrong. Not now... Please!

Jack sighed, shaking his head. "I-I hope everything goes o-okay... I-I don't wanna lose you..."

"I know... I hope so too, but there's a very high chance that it could fail." He looked away, tears filling his eyes. I won't cry again, dammit! He sat on the floor next to Jack. "How do ya feel now?" He asked kindly.

He shrugged in response. "Alright, I guess. I'm a little light-headed, but other than that, I'm okay."

"Good..." Anti trailed off and looked at Jack. He screwed his eyes shut as a pain shot through his head. Shit! What the hell?!

Jack became alarmed. "A-Anti... Are you okay?!"

"I-I don't know..." He said screwing his face up again as yet another wave of pain hit him.

Jack looked at him, concerned. "Try and relax. You're gonna be okay."

"I... Am... Trying..." He said and felt the pain more frequently. "Argh!" He panted in pain. "Oh g-god!" He clutched at his head. "I don't know if it's worked, Jack!" He yelped and looked at Jack.

Please, no! Don't let this happen to me. Please!
