I stared down Kira, as she leaned forward resting her forearms on her thighs.
As I leaned closer to Kira, raising one eyebrow.
"I'm not going."
"Come'on you gotta come with me!" She said getting more frustrated by the minute.
"I have a curfew now god dammit."
"We'll be back before your curfew then."
This was the not getting through her thick skull, we have been over this topic more than five times now and it was starting to wear my patience thin.
"10:30. Are you saying that we'll be back by 10:30?"
"The party starts at 11:00."
"Are you getting my point now?"
"You're still coming."
I dragged a hand through my messy hair while letting out a sigh.
"I'm not falling back into this type life again."
"Casey, stop being just a buzz kill. You're not gonna fall back into this type of life style, just because you sneak out once more, doesn't mean-"
"Will you shut up if I say, I'll go?" I said getting up and stretching out my body.
Kira took a double take at me as if I had grown a third head. "Conditions?"
"We come home as soon as I want to and don't force me to do anything I don't want to do."
"Your terms are accepted."
I shook my head side to side, sending my hair all over the place. I got up from my bed, to look at myself. My hair covered my eyes in a super geeky way, making me take in a sharp breath. I grabbed my hairbrush and started to comb through it.
Turning around to say something to Kira, I found her trying not to laugh.
I glared at her, with my free hand I stuck up my middle finger.
"Hey, c'mon don't get all mad now." Kira stuttered out between her laughing.
I held up my pointer finger towards her hair and I messed it up with my magic.
"Who said I was mad?" I smirked.
Kira's eyes went wide, as she raced towards the mirror.
"I give up."
I smirked, as I eyed my closet. "So, this party? What type of dress code is it?"
"You gotta wear a dress or wear someone cute."
"Cute wins!"
She rolled her eyes, "Just pick something already, we have to leave in two hours."
"It's only been a minute."
"Whatever."

Three hours later, I sat inside Kira's car. I looked at her, her usual wavy blonde hair, straitened to perfection. Her outfit was something that I couldn't personally pull off. She wore a tight fitting peachy dress with a white cardigan dropping somewhere below her bum.
I looked down at myself, I wore a simple graphic tee that dropped on my side exposing my stomach and my white bando, with jean shorts and black converse. I looked at myself in the rear view mirror, my green eyes glowing more than usual, even through my hair covering up my eyes slightly. You may as well spot me from a mile way.
I heard Kira sigh loudly, her shoulders slumping but the usual glow in her eyes dimmed.
"Kira?"
