To some humans, being a model is the number one priority in life.

looking like a model, acting like a model, dressing in clothing that models wear.

women starve themselves to get that "perfect" model body. men take steroids to get "ripped"

men and women harm their bodies to please the world. to please society. to please the ones they "love".

destroying their already perfect bodies, to try and accomplish a body that is not humanly possible to achieve.

in all honesty, the world has become so corrupt with being "perfect" that we are actually becoming imperfect.

society tells men and women that if they don't look a certain way they are automatically not beautiful, society tells us that an overweight man or woman is ugly and shouldn't be apart of this world. society tells us that stretch marks are inhuman and ugly on a female. society tells us that if you cant be beautiful on your own then you should just kill yourself.

no. that is not true, being overweight does not make you ugly, stretch marks do not make you ugly and are not inhuman, you are beautiful on your own. suicide is never the way to go. no one should attempt or even think to kill themselves.

society makes us feel like we are imperfect, when we are as perfect as they come. we are the one and only, no other person has the same characteristics as you, no one has the same body shape as you, no one has anything you have.

I don't understand why people want to be models, why do you want to be a fake person?  the models you see in articles and commercial are edited figures of an actual person, they are not the actual person. corporations hire editors, those editors get on their computers, they upload the picture. they shave off a couple inches from their waist, they clear up their face, and a defined jawline, make their nose look perfect, plump their lips and other ridiculously stupid edits.

they recreate the person into another person, and why do they do that? so they can please the men and woman of this damn world. cause to them no ones going to buy a magazine with an overweight woman or man on it.

isn't it funny how the same country that claims its the land of the free and understanding, is the same land that mistreats people and body shame people who don't live up to their expectations.
