"Jungkook's blazer and jacket... Check! Bye Eunsoo unnie, I'm going to school now!" I said as I bid Eunsoo unnie a goodbye after checking Jungkook's blazer and jacket is in my schoolbag since I had forgotten to return back to Jungkook.
When I finally reached school, I immediately went to take my notes from my locker since I got extra time. As I was heading towards my locker, I caught a familiar figure walking towards my direction and that when I realize it was Jungkook. My face immediately lit up as I approach him. "Jungkook!" I called while smiling as I was right in front of him now however my smile immediately fade away when Jungkook just walk passed me without looking at me. His expression was cold but what surprised me was the bruises and cuts on his arms and face.
Did something bad happen to him after he leave my house?
I turned my body back and chase after him. "Jungkook!" I called again while tapping his back. Jungkook stopped walking and face his body towards me with a blank expression on. My eyes immediately widen in shock to see all the bruises and cuts on his face. His cheek is badly bruise, his eyes are quite puffy and red and there is a small cut at the side of his lips.
What happen yesterday?! He was still fine when he was at my house until... He received the phone call...
"Oh Eunji... Are you feeling better now?" Jungkook asked but his gaze was lifeless. "I'm fine now because of your help, the fever is gone but my rashes are still recovering." I said, while I think whether I should ask him what had happen to him yesterday. "Oh thats good but sorry I got to go now..." Jungkook weakly smiled before walking away. "Jungkook!" I quickly say as I gently grabbed his arms before he walks away. Jungkook turned his body back as he raised one of his eyebrow, waiting for my response.
"What happen to you? Why are there so many bruises and cuts?" I finally asked, feeling worried as I scan all the bruises and cuts on his face again. "Nothing serious, I accidentally trip over something. You should go to class now since class is going to start. Don't worry about me, I'm fine." Jungkook said as he gently push my shoulder, telling me to head to class.
He is surely hiding something...
"Jungkook, don't lie... Something bad must really happened. Tell me, I can help you." I asked as I gently remove his hand from my shoulder and stared straight into his eyes, hoping that he will share his problems to me. "You can't so go to class." Jungkook sternly say as he quickly walked away. Being stubborn, I quickly follow him. I will not stop until he tell me what is bothering him. I don't believe that I could not help him. "Jungkook, I can really help. So tell me what's both-"
"I SAY YOU CAN'T HELP! SO STOP ASKING AND GO TO CLASS!"
Jungkook suddenly shout at me, cutting me of. I immediately got startled and surprised at his sudden outburst since he rarely raised his voice at me. His tone was clearly shown he was very angry and annoyed which cause many students who were walking past to stop and look at us. Jungkook's eyes then immediately soften after realizing what he did.
"Eunji... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to shout at you. It's just... Aish, just go to class." Jungkook said before ruffling his hair in frustration and ran off while I just stood there looking blankly at Jungkook's direction. I really got to find out what happen to Jungkook... I thought as I quickly head to class, since many students are still looking at me.

"Kim Eunji! Stop daydreaming in my class and please pay attention to what I'm teaching." Mr Teo, my chemistry teacher suddenly shouted, pulling me from my dreams. I quickly looked in front just to see everyone attention is on me and a angry Mr Teo who is looking at me with his arms crossed. "Sorry Mr Teo..." I awkwardly bowed as I apologize to Mr Teo. "I'm letting you go just for today so please pay attention to what I'm teaching." Mr Teo instructed me before continuing to teach the class.
Once Mr Teo turned his body back to write some equations on the white board, I quickly turned behind me to ask Jungkook something and was surprised to see his seat is empty. Where did he go? I asked myself as I slowly turned my body back to the front and pretend to listen Mr Two's explanation for the whole lesson while my thoughts were full of Jungkook's behaviour and action.
"RING!!!" The school bell rang, indicating chemistry lesson is over. "Okay class so please pass up your homework tomorrow. You are dismissed." Mr Teo said. "Finally is over! Recess time!" I said as I stretch my body and head to canteen.
As I was about to leave the classroom, Mr Teo suddenly called me, making me stopped my tracks and faced him. "Eunji, I see that Jungkook is absent so can you do me a favour by passing him the notes?" Mr Teo say as he passed me Jungkook's notes. "Sure." I smiled as I gladly take the notes from him. "Thanks Eunji and please pay more attention in class." Mr Teo said in a serious tone before leaving the classroom.
After keeping Jungkook's notes in my bag, I quickly head to the cafeteria to buy some food before heading to the rooftop to join BamBam and Yugyeom for lunch. "Hi guys. Did you know where Jungkook go?" I asked Bambam and Yugyeom as I take my seat.
"Aww... Did you daydream in class just because you missing Jungkook?" Bambam teased as he playfully take a bite of his sandwich. Yup, Bambam and Yugyeom are in the same class as me and obviously they saw Mr Teo scolding me. How embarrassing... "Of course not! Its just that I am worried about him. Didn't you guys see he was full of bruises and cuts?" I defended myself. "Don't worry about him. Maybe he's at home resting. He's fine. Its just that he is facing some problems right now." Yugyeom calmly answered me.
"What problems?" I asked, feeling curious. "Just some family iss-" Bambam said but was cutted when Yugyeom nudged his arms. "Sorry Eunji, but we have no rights to tell you. Only Jungkook can." Yugyeom said as he give me his apologetic smile.
Family issue? I asked myself.
"Fine then... Can you give me his house address? I got to give him his notes." I asked. "Which one?" Bambam asked but was again nudged by Yugyeom. "The one he is staying right now? Its not like he have two houses right?" I asked as I raised one of my eyebrow, feeling suspicious. "O-Of course not, he only got one. Its okay, you can just pass us his notes and we will help you to pass to him." Bambam say, feeling flustered. "Nope, I will do it. Just give me his address." I sternly say.
"Fine... I will sent to you later." Bambam said, giving up as he quietly eat his sandwich while Yugyeom just shaked his head and sighed as he continue to eat his food. "Thanks." I smiled as I continue to eat mine too. "Jungkook surely going to kill me after this..." Bambam mumbled as I managed to hear what he said which make many thoughts come to my mind.
They are surely hiding something and I will find out what is it, no matter what happens.
