Back at the house.

Irene has already woken up and found her atmosphere to be extremely weird without Krystal's loud voice and presence.

' i miss my best friend.... ' Irene sighed.

Irene was about to open the door when Kai opened the door and was panting hard.

" what happened to you Jongin? " Irene asked.

" did Krystal sent you any message or did she contact you? " Kai asked.

" no, why? don't tell me she- " Irene quickly went to her bed and grabbed her phone, dialling Krystal's number.

" she switched off her phone. " Irene told Kai.

" i know, that's why i came looking for you. " Kai told Irene.

" what do we do? what is she's missing? what if something bad happened to her? " Irene started panicked.

" chill Irene, she's been gone for only 2 hours. we can't file a report because she hasn't gone missing for 24 hours. let's not think of something bad alright. " Kai calmed Irene down.

" alright. " Irene started to calm down.

Suddenly, Irene's phone started to beep. Irene just received a text from Krystal.

i'm so sorry bestie. i'll be flying to California soon. i'll be staying there for good. i'm really sorry for the sudden message Joohyun ah. I can't tell you the reason why i'm leaving for California but please do tell Jongin to take care of himself and not to stress himself too much. Please take care of him Joohyun ah! Saranghae bestie!

Irene started crying at Krystal's text which made Kai wonder.

" what's wrong? " Kai asked.

Irene then showed Kai the text and after reading it, Kai dropped Irene's phone and rushed outside.

" wow, what's wrong with Jongin? " Sehun asked Irene only to notice her crying.

" why did you cry again? " Sehun asked comforting Irene.

" Krystal is leaving SOUKOR and going to the States... " Irene told Sehun in a low voice.

" WE HAVE TO STOP HER. LET'S GO! " Irene said and ran to the car with Sehun following behind her and Sehun quickly started it before rushing to the airport.

" which terminal? " Sehun asked.

" i don't know! she just sent me a text saying she's flying to California and that's it! " Irene said.

" i hope Jongin finds her quickly. " Irene prayed.

Once Sehun and Irene reached the airport, they got out of the car and rushed inside. Suddenly, Sehun received a call.

'where are you, dude?'
'i'm at the airport too.'
'did you find her?'
'we are near entrance north.'

Was all Irene could hear Sehun say.
