The first day
I had no one to sit by
So u looked up and said hey
Come sit by me
And I didYou told stories that made me laugh
Little did I know it
Was just an act
An act of pity
I don't really know
But it was fakeDuring class
We were writing down questions
About our social health
The teacher asked
"Do u have close friends"
I looked over
You wrote noI'm glad you let me sit next to you
I hope to be your friend
Please talk to me tomorrow
Say hey to me tooThe second day
You didn't look my way
You sat someone else
With the other boys
Little did I know
You turned to be out one of themI didn't smile that day
Even though u looked my way
Only to send mean comments
The boys told you to sayI want to go back
To be your friend
To smile again
To laughI hope you make friends
Even if u might have lied for pity
I hope you smileAnd laugh with them
just like you did with meThis is a true story but it's just about how people act around their friends. When he sat with me he was chill, not judgmental and actually funny. But then he sat with his new "friends" and acts completely rude now. Idk if people do this to you, but I hate it.
