(A/N: yes i realized it's actually 10 am i'm not perfect y'all)
I picked a skirt and a cute top and pulled out my long coat. It was peach colored and matched the skirt I was wearing.
"hmm should I wear makeup?" I checked the time; 10:29 am
"NAH I NEED TO GO NOW" I grabbed my purse, phone, and left my apartment. The café was pretty close to where I lived, so I decided to walk there.
By the time I got there, it was already 10:50. I walked in the café and saw Eunwoo standing in line, ordering something. He walked to a table for two then looked up. We made eye contact, which made my heart flutter. He smiled brightly as I walked over to the seat across from him.
"You look cute." Was the first thing he said to me.
"O-oh, thanks." I said softly while sitting down.
"You're earlier than I expected." He said.
"I just don't like being late to anything." I'm usually at least 5 minutes early, and never over 10 minutes late.
"You're the shy type, huh?" He asked. I probably look stiff and nervous.
"Yea... around new people I'm like that." I smiled and avoided eye contact.
"Me too. But for some reason, I don't feel scared to talk to you." He smiled.
We talked for a couple hours while we drank hot chocolate. I found out that he was the same age as me. We were both 97 liners. We exchanged numbers so we could text. Even though we talked in a short amount of time, we learned a lot from each other. Not only basic things like favorite color and such, but like our childhood and life dreams. We just got along so well.
As for lunch, we ate sandwiches at the café. They didn't taste amazing but they tasted good eating with Eunwoo.
"Oh, I probably should get going." I said, checking the time. it was already 1pm. Gosh time flew.
"Oh yeah. Did you drive here?" he said checking for any cars in the small parking lot outside.
"No, I walked" I said while getting my purse.
"Lemme walk you home then." He said smiling.
"Oh, there's no need, you probably need to be somewhere right now." I politely declined.
"I'm free all day today. I'm walking you home." He smiled then held the door open for me. Ah seriously, this guy is too nice.
My apartment was a mile away from the café, so that was about a 20-minute walk. The weather suddenly got colder and the wind was pretty tough.
"Wow, it's pretty windy." He looked at me and noticed my hands shaking from being cold.
"Oh, your hands," he took my hands and wrapped them with his. His large hands were so warm. I blushed at his actions, obviously because I've never had a boyfriend before, let alone someone be so kind to me.
We continued walking, but Eunwoo was holding onto my hand until we got to my front door.
"Thanks for walking with me." I thanked him.
"No problem." He smiled.
I closed the door as he turned to leave. I looked down at my hand that was just in Eunwoo's. Wow, that was...a first
I started working on some homework but I couldn't concentrate. After a few hours I got a text from Eunwoo.
