Sila: Fourth Year ka na pala? San ka magaaral?

Ako: Di ko po alam

Sila: Ano course mo?

Ako: Di ko po alam

Growing up sobrang decided na ako na Education ang kukunin ko because I love teaching and I love kids. However, simula nung tumungtong ako ng Fourth Year, that’s when I start doubting myself. Para akong nawawalang bata, hindi ko alam kung saan ako magaaral or anong course ko, dito na pumapasok yung college application na kailangan fill-upan ng mga preffered choice mo kaya nag eeiinie eiinie miney mo ako, but then I realized College should be taken seriously because it’s your ticket to a good future.

Dream school ko ang UST, lagi kong sinasabi na kahit anong course basta UST pero nung nagusap kami ni mommy, napagtanto kong It’s not about the school. Yes, mas magiging driven ka pag gusto mo yung school, pero iba parin yung hatak sa puso mo pag gusto mo yung course. I don’t know what to do with my life, until magtingin tingin ako ng course and I stumble to International Studies’

International studies (IS) generally refers to the specific university degrees and courses which are concerned with the study of ‘the major political, economic, social, and cultural issues that dominate the international agenda’.(c)Wikipedia

UST doesn’t matter to me anymore. Wala na akong dream school, tama si mommy. It’s just my pride. My only dream now, is to excel in my college and give my mom an amazing life in exchange for all the hardwork she put in for me.
