Blair POV
I was called to the Crimson Raiders HQ for something important. Don't know what it is, just hoping it's not wasting my time. I get there and I see Lilith, Brick, and Mordecai all around a cage. I walk closer to find out something is in the cage, Lilith sees me and pulls me closer.
" Oh Blair, exciting news, Mordecai went back to one of his camps and found a Bloodwing egg," I was surprised.
" Wait, Bloodwing laid an egg," I looked over to Mordecai.
" Yea, don't know when but it's been moving for hours, I think it's going to hatch," I heard a tapping noise and looked at the egg. Sure enough a beak was tapping trough the egg. Lilith could not stop moving, she grabbed my arm and squeezed it so tight I thought it was going to fall off. The bird later emerged from the egg, he was cute.
" So, what you going to name it hun," I look over at Mordecai.
" I'll name him Talon," Lilith let out a squeal.
" You ok?" Brick asked her. She nodded.
Soon Lilith and Brick left on a mission leaving me, Mordecai, and Talon alone. I looked over from the balcony to see Mordecai hugging Talon.
" Aww, so adorable,"
" No, Talon is a fearsome warrior, a terror in the sky," I laughed.
" Keep telling yourself that,"
