"You've never been here before?" Khonjin asked as he, Gino and Gay Spagger all stood outside an office that read 'Gilmore'. Notably, his posture and voice read of much more causality than that of his two accomplices.

"Never had a reason to." Gino replied as he cleared his throat awkwardly and repositioned himself to at least slightly pull off the illusion that he wasn't mentally on the verge of a breakdown.

"Well-a, this doesn't exactly concern the likes of us-a two. Good luck!" Gay Spaghetti Chef finally spoke up as he took hold of Khonjin's arm and began leading them both away. "You're gonna need it..."

Gino rolled his eye. Sure, he was scared of Dadjin as much as the next guy who actually valued their life, but at least he put some effort into hiding that.

He knocked on the door, and almost immediately, it swung open and a currently unidentifiable force pulled him inside and locked the door behind them. Gino needn't glance up too much to see that it was Dadjin, himself.

"How the hell did you even do that?" Gino grumbled as he glared to the other man present in the room. "You don't have arms!"

"I don't have time for your unimportant ramblings!" Dadjin snapped in reply.

Gino crossed his arms, not wanting to loudly contradict his boss, but still verbally doing so. "I would hardly call a genuine ask 'unimportant rambling'. Seems more like you're dodging the question..."

"We have matters to discuss!" Dadjin continued.

"Is it about Khonjin?" Gino sighed.

"No, no. Why would it be?"

Gino froze up at that question. Was Khonjin's own father somehow unaware of his and his very son's history of fights?

Although Gino still seemed caught up in those thoughts, Dadjin had already long since moved on. "It's about something completely different to that. It's about us."

"Us?" Gino echoed, in a mix of disinterest and confusion.

"I know you fear me, Gino."

"I don't."

"And I know there are other emotions you feel for me, too, that you believe you can actually keep hidden."

"There aren't."

Dadjin sighed. "Why must you lie? You're not fooling me, and there's no one else around that you have to prove anything to."

"You're unbelievable!" Gino spoke, much more vocally, this time.

Dadjin seemed thrown off by this response as he hesitantly stood back in response to it, almost speechless as his glare just remained stuck onto the other man.

"For a man who was somehow capable of starting his own business, you seem surprisingly dense." Gino continued. "Maybe I was trying to keep those emotions in, and NOT act upon them! And maybe I don't exactly appreciate another being trying to force them out of me."

"Right, s-sorry." Dadjin replied with a quiet laugh. "But surely we have to go somehow from here, NOW. Y'know, relationship-wise."

Gino sighed. It was as if his words hadn't even grazed Dadjin's senses. But maybe that was a good thing. He shared a small smile with him. Admittedly, Dadjin was right. This was something he had always wanted, if not, in secret. "Okay. We will."
