Chapter Two

-Katz's pov-

I was going back to the Justice Hall to get some things when I saw someone I never thought I would see again. I walked towards Jess and Kayla once I was there without them noticing I was there. "Boo!" I said making both of them jump. Kayla's claws slid out, while I only just fell on my back laughing while they just looked annoyed at me and started laughing too. Once we were all done laughing I hugged Jess, and she hugged me back, just as enthusiastic as Katz. "Hey Jess why don't me and Kayla show you around town?" I offered. Jess replied with a "YES!!" So we took her to the town and showed her around.

-Steven's pov-
I was flying around in my green lantern suit, blowing up Caster's chicken house, ya'know the usual when I decided to go over and into the forest and go into town as a wolf, just because I could. I flew off towards the nearest forest and made my suit disappear with my ring, and then transformed myself into my wolf form. My ring was hanging loosely on a piece of string around my neck and I walked off into the town, when I saw Katz, Kayla and Jess and walked off in a different direction when I suddenly stopped. Wait,,,, was that?,,,, JESS! I turned around and ran towards the group of three. Once I got in front of the group, I sat down in front of Jess and wagged my tail. 'I can't believe it! It's Jess! It's been so long since I last saw her!'

-Jess's pov-

Kayla and Katz were showing me around town and we stopped and talked a little, and then a uhhh, a wolf?? Ran at us and stopped and sat right in front of me, wagging its tail "uhhhhh......" I just said. Looking at the wolf, I noticed Steven's ring on a piece of string around his neck. "It could be a threat to the town! We gotta kill it before it can do any harm" Katz said. Right after Katz had said that, the wolf whimpered like it understood us. "Guys I think it can understand us." I said. I looked at the wolf, and the others did as well, and then I suddenly scratched behind the wolfs ear, it (he?) started to wag its tail and started to bark happily when I did that.

-Steven's pov-
I started to bark and wag my tail happily when Jess started to scratch behind my ear, she then stoped and said "Why don't you go back home to the forest." I just nodded at my good friend and ran back into the forest and became human once more. "Man it's so good to see Jess again!" I said happily my right ear twitching a ғᴇᴡ times and my tail wagging happily. I then got my suit back on with my ring and walked out of the forest and ran to town, and just started to walk around making sure that everything was in check.

-Jess's pov-
The wolf nodded and ran back into the forest "Alright let's continue with the tour!" I said. Kayla and Katz just nodded and we continued on with the tour, we also ran into Steven. "Oh hey Steven!" I said and hugged him. Steven hugged back "Hey Jess!" He said back to her. Then we let each other go "So how are you this fine day?" He asked. "I'm good! We saw a white wolf come up to us, it even understood what we said! But it did have your ring hanging from a string on its neck" I told him "Huh that's strange" he said. "Anyways Kayla and Katz was showing me around town! Wanna come with us?" I asked him. Steven replied with a sure and followed us through the town.
