“Stacy?” we pulled the truck over to find her on the side of the road puking and holding a beer bottle to her side gripping it so tight her fingers started turning white, probably because she doesn’t wanna drop her precious beer.

“Hey Evan” her voice slurred she pulled her shirt up a little to try to show the little respect she had left.

“What the hell, I thought you were still at your house”

“Well the cops are there, and I’m not in the mood to deal with the wrath of my parents” the gleam in her eyes told me that she was planning something, something I only could tell.

“Come on I’ll drop you off at the house”  her fingers brushed the side of the seat and she looked over at him with a frown.

“When I get drunk, I can’t sit in the back because I get car sick” really this girl has to be fucking kidding me.

“It’s ok I can sit in the back” the words he mouthed to me was ‘I’m sorry’, “Thanks budd” making my way in the backseat she shoved me giving me an evil grin.

“Evan actually can I stay until my parents fall asleep, if you need to drop her off that’s ok I can wait till she’s safe and sound at home”

He withdrawal a deep breath as he rubbed his eyebrows “It’s fine, I had to much fun today anyways”

“Really?”

“Yeah, I just really need to be home by myself right now” the sincerity in his eyes showed that he wanted to know what I really meant, but what can I say I’m fine but I’ll never be perfectly ok.

“Do you want me to walk you up?” Just as I was about to say yes, Stacy leaned on his shoulder closing her eyes. “Evan I’m tired and ready to go home” I nodded my head walking up to the door of my house when my parents opened the door.

“Where the hell were you? You left not telling us where you were and who where you with???!!!”

“I was with friends” their pleads for more answers didn’t slow me down so went on the other side of the house where my room was and my parents wasn’t, and locked the door behind me.

Finally back in my room all alone with my thoughts and no one being on my ass about everything, Evan is really nice but what was that stuff between him and Stacy in the car and was she jealous or something because I could tell she didn’t like it when he was around me, and the party was just maybe fun for once everyone was having a good time.

I looked around for something to do but finding nothing yet, it’s like 1am and I’m bored, even when I had something to do I always ended up bored… thank god that I’m a little drunk.

*Ring* I really do need my own personal ringtone this one just sucks.

‘Hey –unknown’ who got my number? I just got this phone.

‘Who is this?’

‘Take a wild guess –unknown’ the only person that would have probably got my number would have been-

‘Norman Reedus??’

‘Really… I’m that sexy? –unknown’

‘Oh totally, but nice try Evan’

‘Sorry about tonight, she was just wasted and I didn’t want her walking home drunk -Evan’

‘Its fine I still had a good time’

The time that he and I were texting was five hours; talking about school, favorite bands, everything until he got on the topic of one thing.

‘Did you have a lot of friends at your old school? –Evan’

‘At one point I did, but then everything changed when I got into high school I got bullied by this one girl’

‘Who bullied you? What’s her name? –Evan’

‘Her name was Kimberly’

‘You don’t have to worry anymore, she’s not here she won’t hurt you or anyone else I swear it. I’m here for you. –Evan’

‘Thanks Evan, I’ll text you tomorrow I’m going to bed. Night!’

“Good morning” my mother cheered pulling the blankets off of me.

“It’s eight in the morning mom please close my shudders and give me my blankets” I reached out for my covers and she sat me up holding my face and weighting for my eyes to open.

“Are you drunk?” she smelt my breath and opened my eyes. “Dear god, your hungover”

“No I’m not mom”

“I can smell it on your breath don’t lie to me” the tears in her eyes thickened.

“I had a few drinks but I’m not wasted” my phone buzzed and her eyes flickered to see the caller ID.

“It’s that boy isn’t it… I don’t think you should hang out with him anymore. There is other people at the school you can make friends with please-”

“get out of my room  please I can’t talk to you right now”

“listen to me-”

“GET OUT!!!!” she jumped up gripping the cross on her necklace and she looked down at me full of sorrow.

“Ok if that’s what you want”

“It is” now that she left my room I looked at my phone seeing Evan’s text.

‘Hey, I might not be able to text you today my mom and I are going on a little trip to my aunts. Sorry text you as soon as possible.’

Well I guess now today I can go on YouTube and look up songs and maybe read some Norman fanfics, got all day to kill.
