Chapter 12

Lauren's P.O.V

After breakfast we were all just hanging out. Chris had left with Camila and Ally to the company to handle some business. I would be working from home due to everything going on. Dinah and Mani would be coming by every day to help me. I started thinking about my club, well more like clubs. I own a chain of the most popular night clubs all over the U.S. I haven't visited any but I do remember someone telling me that they asked for me. I was thinking about telling Dinah to go check on them because she's very intimidating and can get anybody to tell her anything. I was deep in thought when my dad came to sit next to me. I looked at him and smiled then turned my head back to the view in front if me. There was the my little princess chasing bubbles with Oso that Dinah, Mani, Taylor and my mom were blowing at them. I was pulled from my thoughts when my dad started speaking.
"So mija what are you thinking about?" He asked.
"Nothing much just about work and the whole gang. I'm trying not to focus so much on the whole situation with Ruby but I just can't get it out of my head." I responded to him.
"Don't worry everything is going to be fine. The little one has all the protection that she needs. You know that everybody in this gang would protect her from danger even if it meant their life."he spoke. I knew it was true. Everyone in the gang loved her but one. Madison. She was jealous that (Y/N) was getting everyone's attention. Madison was also a gold digger so got very mad on (Y/N)'s birthday because everyone spoiled her rotten. She even tried to get with me once but it didn't go well. She always tried to basically bully my baby, I remember the first time she did.

FLASHBACK

I had some of the gang over for a small get together. We were all laughing just lounging around when we turned to the door after hearing a small creak. We all turned our heads to see (Y/N) holding a plate of brownies. I smiled at her and motion for her to come closer.
"I-I-I I made s-some b-brownies for you all." She spoke shyly. She was still shy and intimidated by everyone more so the big buff guys.
"Aww darling don't be shy. Come here let's us try the delicious treats you have prepared for us." Alex one of the members spoke.  I smiled gratefully at him. (Y/N) slowly walked up placing the plate of brownies on the table. After she placed it down she quickly scurried over to where I was sitting and sat next to me. She sat all the way back against the couch and hid behind me. All the girls awwed except Madison who just rolled her eyes. Everyone started taking a brownie and began to eat it. They started complimenting her while she shyly thanked them. Everyone loved them but Madison. She spit it out making a scene.
"Ugh that's disgusting, didn't your mom ever teach you how to bake? Oh wait." Madison said fake pouting at the end. (Y/N) just gasped and I saw tears forming in her eyes. I stood up walking towards Madison who just looked at me with a smirk. I looked her in the eyes for about 3 seconds before backhanding her. I heard a gasp and knew it was my baby.
"Leave right now before it gets worse." I told Madison in a low voice. She got up and ran out.
FLASHBACK  OVER

That was just a small thing that she did to piss me off. I'm so glad I kicked her out, I honestly couldn't stand her. I was pulled from my thoughts by a loud squeal. I saw Taylor chasing (Y/N) around the yard and Oso barking at Tay.
"Lo!!" (Y/N) yelled running straight towards me. She jumped on my lap  trying to catch her breath. Tay finally reached us and was about to speak but let out a loud "Ow" out instead. We all looked down to see Oso biting her ankles them growling at them. We busted out laughing at the small puppy.
"Oso no!" (Y/N) yelled at him. Oso stopped what he was doing them walked towards us and sat right in front of us.

"Aww mi bebé no me puedo quedar enojada contigo." (Y/N) cooed at the puppy.
(My baby I can't stay mad at you.)

She leaned down to pick him up and cuddled him close to her chest. I sighed in content wishing that we could stay like this forever. Oh how I really wished nothing would happen to ruin this but deep down I knew something was coming.
