Chapter 8

Lauren's P.O.V

After (Y/N) open her present we all just sat around admiring her. She was giggling like crazy as the puppy licked all over her face. I felt my phone buzz just as I was about to speak.

Dj 🤷🏼: Hey Ralph are you gonna come to the warehouse soon?

Ralph 🙍🏻: Oh crap I almost forgot but yeah soon don't worry.

I looked to my dad and nodded towards the stairs. I did the same to (Y/D/N) and Chris. They started walking up the stairs while I walked towards  (Y/N). She looked up at me from her seat on the floor.
"Hey princess I'm gonna go up to the office for a bit okay?" I asked her she nodded as I turned to walk away. Before I could I felt a tug on my arm and looks down to her.
"Lolo kissy." She told me in a baby voice. I couldn't help but smile. I leaned down and gave her a gentle kiss. She smiled during the kiss which made me smile. I finally pulled away and sent her one more smile before walking up the stairs. I reached the office and saw them all of them talking quietly. They all turned towards me once they heard the door close.
"So what's the problem mija?" My dad asked.
"Well I was to focused on telling you all about Ruby that I forgot to mention one thing. Today after me and (Y/N) arrived to the company she saw a man just staring at her. I took her inside and told the girls to go check it out. That's when they found Ruby's note. I'm pretty sure he works for her but I was so angry because he scared her so bad she looked ready to cry." I told them. I looked and saw  (Y/D/N) with pure anger in his eyes.
"Where is he?" Spoke (Y/D/N) with a low voice.
"Well I have good news for you, Dinah  texted me telling me she got him." I smirked at them. They all returned the smirk back.
"Let's go now shall we?" Asked Chris with an evil smile on his face. We all nodded and walked down the stairs and into the living room. Once we entered I saw my mom and my sister Taylor laughing at something. I got closer and saw it was (Y/N) who had cookie crumbs all over her face.
"Hi Lolo, hi Chrisy, hi papa Mike and hi papi." She spoke with the cutest voice ever. Everyone just smiles at her. I noticed the puppy sleeping in her lap. Her dad got closer and squatted down in front of her.
"Que nombre le vas a poner?" He asked her.
(What are you going to name it?)
" Yo quiero algo diferente todavía no estoy segura." She replied to him.
(I want something different. I'm not to sure yet.)
"Okay well my darling me, Chris, Mike and Lauren have to go handle some business okay? Are you okay with staying here with Clara and Taylor?" (Y/D/N) Asked (Y/N). She nodded.
"Of course papi. I love them so much." She said while hugging Taylor's leg. Isn't she just the cutest.
"Okay princesa we'll be back later I love you." Her dad said as he kissed her forehead.
"I love you to papi." (Y/N) told him as she hugged him tightly while kissing his cheek. After she said bye to my brother and dad who both gave her a kiss on the forehead also it was my turn.
"Bye Lolo, be safe please. I love you." She told me as she hugged me tightly.
"Always babygirl, but I love you too." I told her. I gave her a quick kiss before heading off. I got in the and soon heard "ese maldito va a pagar por asustando a mi princesa."
(That bastard will pay for scaring my princess)
