you should confront your parents about it. or maybe ask a doctor. you might have this disease which makes you can't sleep. insomnia?

maybe the reason you can't sleep is because you aren't tired enough. i recommend if you have nothing to do--exercise. it is highly recommended because it has many perks: you would burn calories; remove that excess fat and lots more. the most recommended sport by most people is swimming. swimming is for any ages.

read something. study maybe, it is educational and if fiction: improves your imagination. it could also improve your vocabulary.

do something you like. record videos, edit them, make mashups/remixes, whatever. clean your room.

sleeping and wasting your time in the bed will make you not tired at all and will have a hard time sleeping.

so in conclusion, tire yourself out. not too much though.
