Suddenly (Todoroki X Reader Oneshot)

Oneshot

Having just dropped off from the train, I was walking down to the near amusement park just a few streets from here.
I'm Liz Mari, transferred into U.A High School only a few months ago.
And now, I'm going on a date with one of their top students.
Why does that sound lackluster compared to the things I've been trough these past months?!
Anyway.
I saw Todoroki, walking around in a circle, frantically checking his watch every now and then.
He's so cute. I called out his name.
"Todoroki!"
From afar, I heard a loud shriek come from him.
"M, Mari!"
He says as he walks towards me. He wore a long sleeved jacket with blue and red stripes and a black t-shirt underneath. He wore dark blue jeans and rubber shoes for his lower half.
His hair was fluttering in the wind and eyes full of excitement.
Grabbing my arm, his mouth forms a grin, and says:
"Let's go!"
Oh, my arm? Come on.

We paid for our entrance fees-- well, correction.
Todoroki paid for the entrance fees. He said he didn't want to bother me to get my wallet, and he already had his out.
Well, more money for food, I guess!
Looking around, the Amusement Park was huge. Their were crowd s of people in each line except one.
"Where do you want to go?"
Asks Todoroki, taking a sip from the milkshake we just bought.
"The rollercoaster."
Todoroki spits the milkshake that was in his mouth, while still maintaining that cool face.
"The rollercoaster?"
He stops sipping the drink.
"Yep! Heard this place has the highest drops in the city!"
Saying that, I heard the sound of something freezing come underneath. There was ice underneath his right foot.
Ah, he hates rollercoasters. Our top hero, on par with the likes of Deku, hates rollercoasters. Freaking adorable!
"Let's go!"
I say, dragging along Todoroki to the ride with the shortest line.
There were only us and another couple in line.
Us?
We were seated in no time.
"H,Hey, Mari. I'm sorry but, I'm gonna sit at the back. Stay at the front will you?"
Ah.
"Sure."
And the ride starts. I already heard a shriek come from him.
Hey, were the handle bars usually this hot?
Ah, my nape sure is cold.
Wait, this isn't normal is it?

Todoroki got in trouble for melting the track and freezing the cart. It was pretty funny. Just makes you think, he's the top hero, right?

After all the scolding, Todoroki and I went walking around again. He's still grabbing me by the arm, though.
I expected MORE! HOLD MY HAND! PUSH ME DOWN! SHOW ME SOME FIRE AND ICE PLAY--
Err, I mean, ehem.
"Hey, Todoroki."
I called him, still giggling because of that.
"Y,Yeah?"
He says, scratching his head.
"You're so adorable today!"
Todoroki stops. I stop along with hin.
"Adorable?"
His face turns serious.
"Super adorable! Like that time--"
He pushes my back to the nearby wall, his hand above my shoulder, and looking down at me.
"You think I'm adorable, do you?"
Gulp.
Hey.
What are you doing now?!
This is--!
"I,I do."
Was all I can say.
"I'll show you something that isn't adorable."
Hey.
Hey!
What's that supposed to mean?!
"Hey, Liz. Can I kiss you?"
G u l p.
Ba-dump.
I could feel my heart rate rising. No, I can HEAR my heart rate rising!
Todoroki leans his face close.
I onconsciously closed my eyes.

(YES)
"S,Sure. Go ahead."
What am I saying now?!
Wait no-- what am I worrying about? It's just a kiss!
"Then..."
I could feel Todoroki's breathing.
Using her left arm, she grabs my chin.
Then...?!
T H E N?!
HEY! I CAN'T HANDLE THIS!
He lets go of my chin.
Oh, so he won't hold my chin? Okay?
. . .
. . .
I open my eyes, and Todoroki is nowhere to be seen.

In the distance, I could hear loud screaming and a mixture of fire and ice springing up from everywhere.
Dammit, Todoroki!

(NO)
"Don't even."
No, not on the first date! It's too early!
"O,Oh? Then..."
He lets go of my shoulder.
Yes, good. Not yet. We have to wait.
Using both arms, he grabs my chin and lifts it up. I unconsciously opened my eyes.
Todoroki leaned down and--
"Mmph!"
There he goes.
There it goes.
My first kiss stolen by Todoroki.
He kissed for a while, then stopped. I was staring at him, dumbfounded.
He tils his head, and grins.
Todoroki!
