Runner

As I rip through the leafs and branches all I feel and hear is my heartbeat increase slowly, running as fast as I can then everything went blurry.
     As my vision weak-end I saw the river that runs on the entry of the town. I sprinted through it knowing it would slow my abusive father down but not for long. I sprinted out of the towns woods and to the main road running across it before looking both ways. Then I saw a large bright light I felt a stinging crushing pain on my left side. Pushing me back, then as my body lay there 2 black shadows appear I heard the first shadow say,

“Do you think the boss will like her.”

Then the other shadow said,

“I think he’ll like her very much.”

The two shadows turn more into faces they lift me up but me in the trunk of the car and then I see them two wanted faces before I could say anything the trunk closed and I slowly drifted asleep.
