Okay so this is my first story. I won't really care about any hate comments, but I will take constructive critisism. I really really hope you will like this. I should be uploading chapters about every Saturday(hopefully).

“Class we have a new student. His name is Tyler Halls. He just moved here from London, England. He is kind of shy. Would anyone like to help show him around?” Oh my gosh. I think to myself. Not another new kid. They are so stupid and act so helpless. I mean why can’t they find their way around school by themselves? Yeah, sure, they might get lost, but seriously, who cares?

“Nobody? Okay, fine. Megan you can help Tyler around East Oaks Highschool. If I find him and he is alone, you have detention for a week.” Mrs. Doloris says sternly. A WEEK?!?! She surely can’t do this! I’ll have my dad talk to the school board. I am NOT a tour guide! As Tyler walks to his seat beside me, which I have to let him sit in because my friend Stacy is out of town, I realize he is staring at me. I look up about to give my infamous get-your-eyes-off-of-me-or-else-I’ll-beat-you-to-a-pulp look when I look into his eyes. They are a light blue, almost grey, and are actually very intense. They flit away as soon as my eyes make contact. I just noticed his hair. It is a light brown. His bangs come just above his eyes and looks as if he flicks his hair a lot. Oh no! I can’t be falling for him. I’m popular and ONLY date other popular kids. Not stupid new kids. Something about him though, so familiar, but I can’t call on it. Maybe something I day-dreamed about in math class when I was supposed to be taking notes.

At lunch I go meet up with my friends. “Brie!” I say louder than I should, but whatever. When I get up to Brie she has a horrid look on her face.

“What is that thing behind you?” She asks disgustedly. I turned around expecting Bones, the school bully. We don’t treat him like a person. I know we shouldn’t, but it isn’t my fault he broke Jimmy’s ankle and forearm just because he was talking to Bones’ girlfriend. Bones’s real name is James, but he acquired the nickname Bones when that incident happened with Jimmy. Since then no one has heard from Jimmy. Some people say he transferred schools, some say he is homeschooled, or even in therapy, even though five years have passed.

“Oh, I have to help Tyler around school. He is a new kid that just transferred from London, England. Uh… Do you want to sit with us Tyler?” I ask. I have to quickly turn around so I can pick up my lunch. I see Brie’s face and it is full of horror. I give her a sympathetic look, as if to say, oh come on and have a heart for once.

“Nah, it’s okay. I think that you friend isn’t the welcoming kind. I’ve actually made some new friends. I think I’m sitting with them today, but maybe another time.” Tyler says this with more confidence than he’d had this morning. I nod and he turns around and walks off. I watch him walk off and turn to walk up the stairs.

“Well that was weird of you Megan. I mean you’re the most popular girl in school so why would you want to sit with a loser like him?” Brie says with even more disgust in her voice than before.

“Brie. What the hell?! You know just because we are popular doesn’t mean we are bitches!” I say this, turn on my heel, and walk off.

This has happened so many times before. She always does it. Brie has a list of targets. The new kids, the nerds, and the group below us just to break them. The only way she is nice to a new kid is if he is hot or she is rich. I personally thought she was going to be nice to Tyler though, I mean, he is kind of cute. His light blue eyes, his chocolate brown hair, his perfect smile, and he is taller than me. He would be perfect for me. I can’t date though, unless he starts to like me for me, without flirting, and that doesn’t look too good for me now. He sees me as the bitchy popular girl who is friends with a bitch. I mean, I also really want to be his new best friend forever. I owe it to him.
