When Someone Starts False Rumors

{This could also be like getting in a controversy so I wasn't really sure what to name this; hopefully the chapter/concept makes sense}

Sohinki: As soon as he saw the news he didn't know what to say. He wanted to hide from it and not believe with he was seeing. "Babe did you see this?" He asked, handing you his phone. "What?! How could people accuse you of something so awful?" You replied, scrolling through the article. "I don't know what to do." Sohinki admitted. "Obviously we're gonna tell them the truth!" You exclaimed, folding your arms. Even though he was nervous to show himself to the world in that moment when everything worked out okay he was glad you'd pushed him out of his comfort zone that day; the rumors dying down almost instantly.

Joven: Usually people would accuse him of strange things as a joke, however this time someone went out of their way to make false proof and accusations that could ruin everything he'd worked so hard for. He didn't want to tell you at first because he didn't want you to believe them and end the relationship, but it was eating him up inside. Eventually he got a text from you asked about it and that's when he hit his breaking point and went home to talk to you face to face. You convinced him to get online and tell everyone it was a bunch of crap but nobody believed him. This made you extremely mad so you went on his channel and uploaded a video yourself, causing everyone to realize the truth and Joven was just glad it was over because he never wanted to go through something like that again.

Lasercorn: As soon as he saw all of the articles about the accusations he became extremely mad. You heard him scream in frustration from the other room so you just figured he was playing video games. When you called for him and he didn't come you began to wonder if something was actually wrong. "I'm gonna go get daddy for dinner." You told Tyler, kissing the top his head head before hurrying off. You knocked on the door and he let out another frustrated scream. You slowly opened it and saw him staring at the computer. "Baby it's time for dinner." You stated, knowing he would never miss out on a hot meal. "I don't want any." He mumbled, leaning back in his chair. You raised an eyebrow and walked over, looking at the screen. "Is this what you've been so mad about?" You asked, scrolling up to the top of the article. As soon as you read the title you gasped, not knowing where that rumor could even come from. "Go eat dinner, I've got this." You stated, cracking your knuckled. He didn't know what you were gonna do but he agreed. Once you came to the dinner table he shot you a look and you gave him a thumbs up. Even though people stayed mad for a little bit afterwards, it eventually died down because people got sick of the drama and they knew better; making you and Lasercorn's lives a lot easier.

Wes: Everyone knew that he would never hurt a fly. All Wes wanted was to have fun and spread happiness, you could tell that just by looking at him. When someone began to spread false rumors about him people were right there to defend him and debunk everything, however it still made him feel bad and like he did something wrong. When he got home from the office you noticed a change in his usual happy mood and you instantly became concerned. "What's on your mind sunshine?" You asked, pulling him into a hug. "Everyone keeps saying bad things about me." He cried, making you raise an eyebrow. He explained everything to you and you frowned, not understanding why they'd target him of all people. You decided you'd help him film a video about it and after everyone saw that it became prime evidence and even though there were still small fights here and there you made sure to distract Wes from them so he could be the positive angel you knew and loved.

Mari: It was hard to make Mari mad or upset and everyone knew that. She was definitely the most calm out of the Smosh crew so when she came into the office with tears streaming down her face, none of them knew what to do. "Do you want to talk about what's got you so down?" Sohinki asked, usually being one of the only people she would open up to. She shook her head and pushed him away from her, just wanting some space. Less than 5 minutes later he pushed his chair back over and looked at her. "I'm gonna give you 3 seconds to get back to your desk." Mari mumbled. "I just don't like seeing you like this! You're one of my best friends Mari, can't you at least tell me?" He asked, folding his arms. Now he could see the pure anger in her eyes and he quickly rolled his chair as far away as possible. Later that day you called to check in on her and she acted like nothing was wrong so you didn't worry. After Mari hung up it left a bad taste in Sohinki's mouth. What was so bad she wouldn't even tell you about it? He headed to the bathroom and called you, hoping maybe you'd already cracked the code. "Hey Sohin!" You exclaimed, causing him to hold the phone away from his ear. "Do you know what's up with Mari?" He asked, catching your attention. "What do you mean? I just got off the phone with her and she's fine." You answered. "She's been crying all day!" He exclaimed. "I'm on my way." You stated, hanging up. Once you got there Mari told you everything. All of you got together and filmed a video behind her back about how amazing she was and why you all loved her. You cleared up everything for her and she couldn't have been more thankful even though she still wanted to hit Sohinki for going behind her back and calling you; he was always annoying why waste her energy when everything was okay now?

Flitz: The one word everyone could agree on that described Flitz was strong. He was always so put together and nothing really annoyed him. He was the only one who could listen to Joven and not laugh, so there was obviously something special about him. "Hey did you see this news? Is it true?" Lasercorn asked, handing Flitz his phone. He scanned it and raised an eyebrow. "Where did you find this?" He questioned. "A fan sent it to me and asked about it." He replied. The rest of the day he didn't talk to anyone and refused to film, resulting in a lot of unfinished projects. Mari went and got Ian, annoyed by the fact he was being so stubborn out of the blue. "Flitz you know how it works around here. Even if you have to stay behind and film stuff later, we have to get this done." Ian stated. "Which one of you wrote that article then?" He asked, standing up. Everyone looked at him confused. You'd decided to surprise Flitz with a visit and you  didn't expect to see him towering over everyone and asking for answers. "What's going on?" You asked, causing him to look up. "A really bad prank." Joven admitted, dashing out of the room. Flitz forced them all to make a video about it before anyone could truly believe it; you still confused but glad that he had sorted it out even if it wasn't with his usual peace. "They deserved it." You told Flitz later that day. He just laughed and agreed, glad it was all over with.

Boze: She hadn't been in Smosh very long and she knew that there were people who hated her. When she joined she knew that people were going to disagree with her as a member and want her kicked out instantly without even seeing the type of person she was. People were sending all kinds of messages and she didn't really care. However there was a certain someone who said a certain thing that sent her into a spiral of panic. She instantly called you, praying for an answer. "What's up princess?" You asked. "It's bad babe, it's really bad." Boze rushed. "Calm down and explain," You sighed, thinking it was just one of her weird calls like my foot is stuck and I haven't tried to move the chair yet. She told you about the rumors you were so shocked you couldn't speak. "Babe are you still there?! Answer me please!" She exclaimed. "You know it's just a bunch of haters darling." You replied, hoping she would find at least a little comfort in that truth. "I know but what if they kick me out and believe it? I wanna work here so bad!" Boze cried. "Can't you just clarify everything with them and make a video or stream about it? If it gets really bad I know you can file lawsuits." You stated. Once she came home and was telling you about Smosh's lawyer you wondered what you had gotten her and yourself into, but once it was all taken care of in the end it was worth it to see her happy again and to know those trolls would think twice before messing with her.
