That was unexpected.

I nodded my head.

"Okay," he clapped his hands, "so, same place?"

...was all he had to say to get my eyes on him.

I mumbled to myself, though he heard everything.

"I don't. The reason...you see," he hesitated for a moment, "wow, this is embarrassing."

I nodded my head, encouraging him to continue.

"They think that you're judging them." I didn't mean to cut him off.

It's just that I had finally understood everything, all my questions were answered.

"I believe so." He sighed cutely. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." I felt a tiny bit of pity for the poor guy.

How many people have misinterpreted his actions?

"No."

I raised my eyebrows in confusion.

"It's not okay." He said.

"It really is though." I insisted.

He shook his head. "I'm sorry and I really shouldn't have done that. I want to make it up to you because you seem like a nice person."

"...I would like to get to know you." He said those words in almost a whisper.

'That's so sweet of him.' Was what I would've thought back there. Only if I had actually heard him.

He was outside the ice cream shop. From his facial expression, I could see that he looked a little...dejected, sad even.

Seeing him that way made me feel emotional. It breaks my heart to see him this way.

It was the face he would make when he would see me for the first time in weeks, even months which used to rarely happen.

We used to almost never leave each other's side.

Something warm on my cheek caught my attention and I was no longer looking at Hyeop.

"Yeongjin-ah look at me." He said softly.
