I wanted to test the fragile, still there, bands of our marriage.

We went to Paris, city of love.

But there was no love. Everything I remember as a shared hobby changed. I wanted to sit down in a cafe, drink hot chocolate, talk about everything. Visit the Louvre, look at art. Wander, listening to musicians on the streets.

You only dragged me about. There was no time for anything you said. But I knew what you meant.

No time for me.

You stayed glued to your phone the entire time. Texting Laura. The other girl.
