Chapter 1 Annabeth,

2 years, it's been two years since I've seen my wonderful boyfriend Percy Jackson.

___flashback___

I went to the Posidon cabin because Percy said he had a suprise for me. I was so excited that I ended up sprinting before I knew it. I got there and knocked on the door. He opened it and gave me one of his flawless smiles I fell in love with."Annabeth, come in." he said as he opened the door wider. I went in and took a deep breath the cabin smelt like Percy like the sea. I love that smell. I turned to Percy,"What do you want to show me?" he kissed me passionately. When we finally broke apart he said,"I'll be right back." he walked out of the cabin. I sat on his bed.

But he never came right back. Eventually I fell asleep. When I woke up I saw a small box and a note taped to it. I sat up and read the note. It said,

'Dear wise girl,

So I know you were hoping I could give this to you in person, but I can't. Jason, Nico, and I had to go on a quest for Chiron. I couldn't tell you in person because I knew you would want to come, but you can't it's way to dangerous. I love you always have always will,

Love Percy.'

I was crying now, but I opened the box. inside was a locket. with a silver owl 'the same color as my eyes' and a sea green trident 'the color of Percy's eyes. I opened it and inside was there were two pictures on the left there was a picture of us when we were twelve. I had my arms crossed and an annoyed look on my face and Percy was laughing. On the right was a picture of us now Percy was kissing my on the cheek he had his cheeks puffed out and I was pushing him away laughing.

Now I was sobbing with happiness. I turned it over and on the back it said' seaweed brain+wise girl=true love. I smiled and put it on. it fit perfectly.
