Percy's P.O.V

    I was walking home after school. All the letters and numbers still floating around in my head. "Lukas!" I turn when I hear my name. I smile as I see my best friend Athena (a/n yes she is the goddess). "What's up" I ask. "Me and my dad are going to New York City for break and I wanted to know if you could come?" She asked,"Yeah that would be great!" I said I've been wanting to ask her out for a while now. Basically she asked me out. I was so happy I haven't been this happy since I was with...ummm...... GAH! I CAN NEVER REMEMBER HER NAME. It gets annoying.

   I smiled the whole way home I unlocked the front door and was greeted by my little brother Jason (a/n no he's not Jason Grace) "Lukey." He yelled hugging me. "Don't call me that!" He smiled at me," Mommy wants to talk to you." He told me. I walked down the hall I stop to look out the window at the ruins of the Zhang place they say it was burned by giants years ago. I wonder how it was burned often I have a fuzzy memory of girl with frizzy brown hair and a Chinese baby like man.

    I shake my head and continue walking. I open the door

to my adopted mom's study. "You wanted to talk to me?" I asked looking around Jace and I aren't allowed in here. needed to ask you a very serious question." She said, turning around in a swivel chair that I loved as a kid. "No need to be all dark and mysterious." I said with a smerk. "Whatever." She says with a sigh. Anyway I just wanted to tell that for break you and Jason are going to New York with Athena and her dad." "Ok but what about you?" I asked. "I'm to busy," She said waving me off ,"and I really get in a bad mood whenever I go there. Last time I did I had a boxing match with a taxis driver." We started to laugh. "So did you win?" Well now I have to know. "Yes he was knocked after the first 3 hits. Well one was to a very bad place to be boxed." Now I was laughing really hard. But never underestimate my mom. She looks small and week but she is small and strong.

     I was walking out then I turned my and asked,"Hey mom what's Athena dad's name?""It's Zuse." My mom said hardly looking up from her work. "Like the Greek god?" I asked. Exactly." My mom said. I closed the door and shook my head "That woman needs to get out more!" I mumbled. Jace looked up from his toys "Yes she dose!" He said giving me a thumbs up. I giggled sometimes I love that kid. I sat down and starts playing Mythomagic with him. I love him to death but this kid is a dork some times!
