I.

I could still remember the first time we met
You were across the second row, sheltered by everyone's bet
At first glance, my eyes seem to fail
To not even see the smile of the sun's glare.

II.

As time goes by, the radiant sun shined more beautifully.
which gave light to the world's color and beauty.
A seed planted in the summer season slowly began to grow,
Into a humongous tree in which all kingdoms will vow.

III.

How I wish I could caress the sun's surface
As a fathom, my dreams are too hopeless.
I live on the ground to till the land that you've lightened,
As you are above the heavens dazzling curtain.

IV.

As the steel of bondage thickens,
The trees pointed roots in the soil deepened.
That not even the strongest winds or
The strongest wave can move.

V.

Quietly, traversing the sky's horizon
Rays lowering to purple hue
Diminishing into a dim light
To seas and oceans deep blue.

VI.

It is such a great day that God has made
Full of wonders in the sun's grace
Treasures abound everywhere.
You feel the trees warm embrace.

VII.

The sun's light will rise again
Until the end of the dark void
Hovering into the trees sight awakens
A vision of your beloved.

VIII.

I shall remember the sun
As the nearest path I could run
Shining into its abyss
The flames in which summer had begun.

IX.

I think of the sun a light year away
It may not know, but it runs through my thoughts every day.
To my sun I long to see, bringing light to this old lame tree
I could ask no more than to see you happy. On your natal day, this I plead.
