Movie Night

*After The Paint War*

McKenzie's POV

From the bathroom I can hear the boys coming up the stairs to clean the paint off of them. I laugh to myself thinking about the past 30 minutes, my team had won the paint war.

A few mintes later I hear Ricky call me down to dinner. I make my way down the stairs to see that it's homemade pizza. I finish my pizza in time to hear Connor say "McKenzie, can you come here please."

I make my way into the living room to see what he wants with Sam right behind me. Connor is standing in front of the tv holding two of my favorite movies, Hunger Games and Catching Fire.

I smile and say "Why not watch both they are my favorite movies, and I love the books"

I take a seat beside Ricky and Connor comes to sit on the other side of me.

*All the way through Hunger Games and most of the way through Catching Fire*

Connor's POV

I look down and notice that McKenzie has fallen asleep with her head in my lap and legs across Ricky. I pickedd her up and carried her up to her room.

As soon as I sat her down she wakes up and says "Please don't leave."

I couldn't resist so I whispered "let me go change real quick."

I come back and she changed into purple soffee shorts and a nike t-shirt and is laying in bed under the covers waiting on me. I crawl in beside her laying my phone on the nightstand and drift off to sleep with Mckenzie right beside me.
