Josh's POV

"These ones are pretty," Jenna says, showing me flowers.

"Yeah, but I need beautiful," I sigh, scratching the back of my neck.

"You really like this girl," Tyler smiles.

I nod, "I do, I really really do," I look around the small shop, "What if she doesn't feel the same?"

"Then you move on," Tyler says, extremely serious.

"Dude, that's gonna be hard..." I say.

"Yeah, but you'll get through it. Man, you got this," He pats my shoulder.

"I hope so,"

-

"So can we go over this one more time?" I ask the man over the phone.

"You have an appointment at 6:30 tonight for Clara Smith and Joshua Dun?"

"Yes," I smile as he says her name.

"Alright, see you then, sir,"

"Thank you,"

-

"Do I have to?" Clara whines.

"Yes, it's very important," I smile.

"Well, help me up at least," She puts her arms in the air.

I pull her up and pull her to her bathroom. I pick up her toothbrush and hand it to her.

"Are you saying my breath stinks?"

"No, it's just my favorite part of the day," I say.

She gives me a side eye and brushes her teeth.

I walk out of her bathroom down to her kitchen and grab a plate for her. I decided to make breakfast for her when I got back from the shop with Tyler and Jenna.

It was twelve in the evening, but that didn't mean she couldn't enjoy a lovely breakfast.

"Honey, I'm hoooome!" She joked as she walked into the kitchen.

"Wow, Clara," I laugh.

"You like it," She playfully winks.

"You're right. It's my kink," I say sarcasrically.

"Knew it," She smiles. "What's the occasion?" She asks, gesturing towards the food.

"I got bored waiting on Jenna and Tyler this morning," I shrug.

"Wait what?" She asks, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, yeah, they needed help picking out wall colors," I say, trying to sound like I wasn't lying, but failed.

"Hmm, okay," she says.

"Anyways, eat up, we're gonna be busy today," I say.

"Ugh, if this is how kids act, I'm never having children," She rolls her eyes.

"You will," I wink.

"K, honey" She laughs.

"When you're done, get dressed cause we gotta get out of this apartment,"

"But I don't wanna," She says.

"I don't care, love,"

"Why do you call me that?" She smiles.

I shrug, "I don't know, I just think it's cute and stuff, I guess,"

"You're cute and stuff," She giggles.
