How can I begin to describe Jughead Jones? He's dark, daring and lonely. But underneath the whole thing he's caring and funny. (Chuck: "One time he punched me in the face...It was AWESOME") [Comment if you know]
We've been friends since forever and I developed a crush on him.
Betty, Jughead and I were currently focusing on the murder board trying to figure out connections between the suspects and Jason Blossom. We were stopped by the bell which was telling us it was lunch time.
"I'll meet you guys later," Jughead takes his bag before leaving the room, "Gotta head to the restroom."
Me and Betty nodded as we took our things and headed to the tables outside. We were still talking about the case till we came to the topic about Juggie. Betty was the only person I told this about. I trust her completely.
"Come on. You can tell he likes you." She says slightly pushing me, "I can see it."
"No he doesn't Betty," I push her back turning red, "We're just best friends."
"And you guys will be that way forever," she states as we came to the table and sat down, "Unless..."
"Unless what?" I asked her slightly leaning over the table making her smirk.
"You make him jealous." She whispers in my ear making me give her the 'are you serious' face.
Seconds later the table was occupied by Kevin, Veronica, Archie and Juggie.
We all started eating our lunch, gossiping and listening to Archie's songs.
"Hey Y/N." I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to see Reggie Mantle standing in front of me.
"Yes Reggie? And no I'm not giving you my homework." I tell him with a smile while the others just glare at the guy.
"I was wondering... Are you busy tomorrow?" He asks making me think of what Betty just told me.
"Yep. Totally swamped," I answered him, "I got so much homework and so much errands."
"Oh right. I knew that." He laughs it off turning red.
"I was joking." I giggle secretly winking at Betty who was enjoying the scene.
"I knew that too." He chuckles, " So do you want to go on a date with me?"
My eyes turn to my friends who were looking at me with anticipation.
"Sure. Why not?" You look back at him.
"Awesome. I'll pick you up at 7." he said with his famous smirk on his face, jogging to where he came from.
"Kay'. I'll text you!" I shout to him before secretly winking at Betty.
"Okay. What just happened?" Kevin asked showing a confused look on his face.
"I just got a date." I get back to eating my lunch.
Jughead's P.O.V
Wow.
Today was Y/n's date with Reggie. What the hell did she see in him? After the scene at lunch, I basically ignored her the whole day.
But still she didn't notice.
Archie and I were heading to the Blue and Gold after school to help out Betty.
"So. You okay?" I hear Archie, "You seem tense."
"Of course I'm okay. It's not like my crush was decided to go on a date with the person loves bullying me." I told him with a low voice.
"I'm sorry dude." He pats my shoulder.
