Chapter 6
{Stiles P.O.V}
"Wipe that look off your face!" I shouted at Scott.
"What look?"
"The look that says that the last thing you want to do right now is go to a party!"
"Thats not it, it just feels weird going to another high school's party."
"Oh my god, one drink, you'll be fine."
Scott sighed.
"Look, I went to nursery school with this girl." I said. "Okay, no Allison," I gestured to him, "No Lydia." I gestured to myself. "Tonight were moving on!"
"Moving on." Scott repeated.
"Yes! Onward, and Upward!" We stopped walking.
"Wait, what about Ember?" Scott asked.
"What about her?" I faked a confused look.
Which Scott returned with a I-know-you-like-her kind of look.
"Thats different." I said. But Scott still didn't look pleased. "Oh my god fine! I'll forget about her for one night."
Scott had an evil little smile on his face.
"No look me." I said referring to our hand shake.
We were approaching the door. "How does my breath smell?" Scott asked worried.
"Dude I'm not smelling your breath."
"Do you have any gum!?"
"Relax you'll be fine." I said calmly.
"Can you at least tell me what kind of party this is?"
We walk into the house to see my old friend heather and her friends cheering about her birthday.
"Stiles!" she shouts and walks over to me.
"There the birthday gir-" Suddenly her lips were touching mine.
This didn't feel right. Shes not Ember.
At the corner of my eye I could feel Scott's jaw dropped down to the floor.
"Stiles, why don't you come downstairs and help me find a bottle of wine." Heather suggested.
"Yes." Was all I could say.
As we walk down the stairs I remember all the memories that Heather and I had back when we were kids as I started to tell her she interrupted me again with her kissing me
"Yeah we definitely didn't do that when we kids." I chuckled
She seriously needed to stop doing that.
"Stiles," she pulled my arm. "do you know what I want for my birthday?"
"A bike?" I asked stupidly.
"Not to be a 17-year-old virgin." And she started kissing me again.
Then she started untying my belt buckled. So I pulled away.
"What Stiles, you haven't done it either?"
"What turn 17? No not yet." I sighed.
Heather looked into my eyes. "Yeah I guess not that other thing either."
"Well would you be okay with that?" Heather asked.
"Hmm let me think, would I be okay with that? Oh yeah totally."
Wait did I just say yes? My bad, what I meant to say was, no no no no no
"Wait, ugh I don't have any-"
"My brother has some, in the upstairs bathroom."
"Okay."
I find myself going up stairs and into the bathroom.
Condoms. What do condoms looks like?
I finally found them. But theres one problem, their XXL.
Oh god. I don't know if they'll fit.
I grabbed one and then raced back down to the basement.
"Hey I only grabbed one, I figured if we needed more, I could-"
There was no sign of Heather.
Great. Ditched.
What else could go wrong.
Ember.
