Teenage love affair

today is just not my day

I woke up to my alarm clock making that annoying sound .yesterday Joe and I had to lie to chrissy saying that mommy went for a visit in Puerto Rico. Chrissy  for a fifth grader she's smart and I know she's going to figure it out sooner or later before getting out of bed I bow my head, close my eyes and just pray .Even when mommy didn't take us to church I always take chrissy to  our neighborhood church and It's like a second home to us and God and I  have gotten closer over the years, after I was done I got out of bed and walk next door to my sister room .I knock and I heard her groan and to think that making her go to sleep at nine would've help I guess not or maybe she was playing on her ipod all night ,I walk in and tip toe over her bed I scream so loud and she  got up so quick  , she look around the room like she expected to see some kind of monster so I just bust out laughing and she immediately join me before she hug me and walk to her bathroom .since she said today was " swagg day" I pick out a cute pink acid high waist that I got her at the mall last week, white tank top  and a cute little blue jean jacket with her white and pink jordans . after I pick out her clothes I walk into her bathroom and saw her brushing her teeth " don't forget to take a really nice shower your clothes are on the bed ,come to my room when you done so I can fix your hair" I said before walking out her room.Joe had to go to work because there's no body in the kitchen when I went over to make us some breakfast.when I get to the fridge there was a note"I went to work  liyah and ill be back at six ,don't worry about dinner I'm bringing Chinese for you girls .there's a fifty dollar on the table in case you need gas or something have a good day, kiss chrissy for me I love you baby girl "

I smile at the note he always make sure we was alright .Never let mommy work and he wouldn't let me either but I had to beg saying it's a part of me growing into a women and those extra stuff and he finally give in.I love my job I work at forever 21 at the mall and I make a lot of money .I save up and buy chrissy some stuff and I love it.After making breakfasts I walk into my room and pick out my outfit a high waist black and with gold design in the front , a gold crop top with BOOM! written across from it and some black combat boots.my phone started ringing and the name across the screen had me smiling a little bit it was my best friend Marcus .I always been the type with no females friends because I always thought they were drama and i didn't have time for it .I answer my phone with a " wassup " I could hear Marcus cracking up on the other end before saying   " you in a good mood", only if he knew the half of it but I ignore it by saying.  " yeah sure" nobody know me more than him and I know he wasn't  buying it when he said he' ll talk to me in school ugh !! why he had to know me so well.we've been friends since the eight grade and he's always been my best friend and I thanked God for him everyday .I walked into my bathroom doing my usual hygiene stuffs before walking out .I lotion up my body before putting on some underwear and some matching bra I looked at the time and it 7:20 which mean if I don't hurry I'm going to be late .I called chrissy telling her to go eat breakfasts and I'll be down in a minute ,after spraying my body I walk in my bathroom to do my hair I just put my wild curls on a high ponytail and put the ends in a ball some curls were loose in the back falling down my back I dont wear make up but I made sure I fix my eyebrows.By the time I was done it was 7:45 Damm !!! I walk out my room to the kitchen thank God chrissy was done and all I had to do was her hair  I did it like mine.I see that I won't have time to eat so I text Marcus quickly telling him to get me some Mcdonalds and I didn't need to wait for a reply cause I know he got me .I take my side bag and called Chrissy to check if she was lookind good and after telling her to go wash her mouth I was out the door.Getting to chrissy school I hug her and give her a five dollar bill and say have a good day  and I was gone.The minute I walk inside the school I knew I was late when I get in front of my homeroom class Mrs:summer I saw Marcus holding a mcdonald bag and a cup of Orange juice see I knew he got me .when I reached him I give him side little hug before snatching my food he laugh before saying  " this is the plan your car broke down and you call me to come pick you up" I laughed and nodded because I knew it was gone work since he was the captain of the basketball team everyone around here treat him like he was a King I just shake my head and walk inside the class once the door lock click everyone turn to look my way and I made eye contact with tasha who roll her eyes at me then smile once she saw Marcus .He went over and talk to the teacher and she smile and I knew it worked I made my way over to my desk with Marcus following behind he sat next to me so I knew it was him.once I reach my sit everyone turn around to continue doing what they were  doing before we walked in here since this was a 45 minute class we just chill and the teacher don't care.I started eating my food with Marcus watching me I ain't care I kept on eating until he cleared his throat , I roll my eyes before putting on an innocent smile " would you like some of my food" he shook he's head and declined the offer .I shrugged and ate my food when I was half way done he said "what's wrong??" a look  of concern on his face I smile because even when he was looking concern he was still cute .he was a cocoa color ,deep dimples ,a nice set  of pink juicy lips ,hazel eyes,deep waves, and his muscles make his shirt look so good on him and you could see his abs through his shirt his true jeans sagged a little but he was like my best friend so I don't look at him like that I snap out of my thoughts when he cleared his throat and I said " today is just not my day "
