Everything

At the age of 14 I never knew that love could hurt so much

I thought that everything was going to be okay

I thought I had found the one

The one person that would break my heart in the end

But that’s where I went wrong

I gave you everything

I gave you things I wouldn’t give anyone else

I let you see me at my worse

And yet you still said that I was beautiful

I let you know all of my darkest demons

I even let you see them

I opened up to you when I wouldn’t anyone else

I told you all that I could at that given time

And what do you do?

You go and shatter my heart into pieces

Then, you act like you did nothing at all
