The Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi looked at his most trusted anbu who where kneeling down. "Kitsune, Deer rise and remove your mask."
Kitsune and Deer looked at each other before looking behind them seeing the other sensei's and their own before looking back at their Hokage.
Deer sighed before muttering troublesome under his breath making his sensei gasp before removing his mask revealing none other then Shikamaru Nara.
"Kitsune remove your mask." The Hokage said sternly.
Kitsune sighed before bowing. "I am sorry Hokage-sama but I must decline, for you know what will happen." He said making the Joinins frown in disrespect.
"How dare you decline orders from your Hokage!" Anko Mitarashi a tokubetsu Jonin yelled making the other jonin nod their heads agreeing silently.
The Hokage held up his hand silencing some of the Jonin's protest. "Kitsune I understand you're concerns but they should know who you are."
Kitsune who was still bowed down straightened up.
Shikmaru listening to the conversation sighed before walking close to Kitsune. He wrapped his arms around the others shoulders putting his head close to the others ear so to not be -overheard. "Common Naru." He whispered. "It'll be all right, you have me." He said before stepping back ignoring the others piercing stares.
Kitsune sighed before bringing his hand up to his mask removing it slowly showing longish blond hair, then narrow blue eyes and whisker marks.
Everyone gasped eye wide. "NARUTO!" They yelled.
Naruto smirked. "The one and only."
Kakashi looked to the Hokage. "What is the meaning of this!" Kakashi was at first shocked seeing shikamaru as an anbu but Naruto to. 'What was the Hokage thinking!'
