Their True Feelings

Adrien's P.O.V

I spedwalked towards my room mas at myself. I'm sure she liked me, Fang told me. That's the reason the broke up. And...earlier I realized that I had feelings for Marinette.

As I grabbed the handle of the door I was hesitant to open the door. Should i go back, if So, what for. She just told me she wasn't interested, stupid Agreste.

Marinette...I'm sorry, I love you.

The next morning

Marinette's P.O.V

I woke up with my pillow soaked. I looked at the time, 3:00. Everyone should be waking up by now. They have to leave in 30 minutes so they could get to the airport at 4. I pull myself up. I don't want to go but...I have to say goodbye to Chloe and Alya. I sigh and start getting ready.

As I finish my makeup I look at the clock, 3:20. Shoot! They should be leaving soon. I rush out of my room and race towards the entrance of the hotel. As I run I take out my phone and text Asuna,

You: I'll be late! Don't wait 4 me. And tell Mr. Ying an excuse!
Bestie♡: okay but u owe me 1, don't be too late!

I giggle as I stuff the phone back inside my purse. As I make it to the entrance I see everyone's waiting for the bus. I smile as I walk towards Chloe. "Hey" I greeted, giving her a hug. "Hey...i'll miss you 'kay? And text me!" She said. "Okay, Queen Bee" I teased. Chloe laughed as I walked over to Alya. "Oh, I'm gonna miss you, girl" Alya said, before embracing me in a bear hug. "Me too" I said, returning the hug. As we pulled away I saw Adrien avoiding me. I sighed. I had about 10 minutes left, I can do this.

I walked over to him. "I'm sorry" I said. He looked at me confused. "Why are you apologizing?" He asked. "Because...I...lied" I bit my lip. "What?" He asked, clearly shocked. "I do...love you" I confessed. "I just...it's already too late" I let a tear slip out of my eye. He smiled "I love you too, and it's not too late" he said. I looked up at him confused. "What do you mean?" He smiled and hugged me. "When we were kids we did this. Confessed at the last minute...but." He pulled away. "Look what happened, fate brought us together" he chuckled. "You're right, kitty" I smiled back. We leaned in and our lips touched.

The kiss was slow and passionate. As we pulled away I could hear Chloe cheering me on. I chuckled.

BEEP BEEP!

We were interrupted by the bus. "I guess this is goodbye" I said, my voice cracking. "Don't say that Bugaboo, say 'see you later"'! Adrien exclaimed walking towards the bus. "Goodbye Bugaboo!" He yelled, "Bye Kitty!" I yelled back, "Bye Alya, Chloe, and Nathaniel" I frantically waved. "Adrien, don't forget about us!" Plagg yelled. "Never again" Adrien said. As the bus doors closed, I smiled happily. I found my kitty. And I am NEVER letting him go.

5 years later

3rd Person

Marinette held a piece of paper in her hand. The bluenette looked around slowly whimpering. She almost lost hope until she saw the Cafe the was looking for. A smile grew on her face as she entered it.

She looked around and finally saw her target. She walked up to the blonde. "Chloe!" She said, the blonde turned and saw her old friend. "Marinette!" Chloe wrapped her arms around the bluenette tightly. "Oh Chloe, I missed you!" Marinette exclaimed.

They sat and talked for hours. "Where's Alya?" Marinette asked. Chloe smirked. "She got married." Marinette smiled "to who? And that wasn't my question"
"I know, and she got married to Nino, they're on their honeymoon" Chloe took a dio sip of her Cappuccino. "Wow, congrats to them. And you?" Marinette asked, eager to know how her old friend is doing. "Well, I have to marry a guy from a business soon, it'll boost up his parent's business. Daddy thought of it as a nice gesture" Chloe said. "Oh I'm sorry" Marinette, pitied her friend.

"That's okay, I don't care" Chloe said, shrugging. Marinette bit her lip, for two reasons. One, she felt bad that her friend has to marry someone she didn't like. And two, "What about Adrien?" Marinette asked, scared to hear if he's married happily to another woman.

Chloe chuckled, "Oh Mari, don't worry he's not married. He's waiting for fate to bring you guys together." Chloe smiled. "Oh...okay" Marinette said, dazed. "He's at a photo shoot. In the park right next to this Cafe" Chloe said, taking another sip of het coffee. Marinette smiled.

I could see him...but I can't leave Chloe.

Marinette sighed, Chloe noticed her friend's distraught. "Go on...don't worry about me" Marinette lit up "really!" Chloe nodded, "I owe you one!" Marinette rushed out of the Cafe and towards the park.

Adrien! Wait for me Adrien!

Marinette stopped and caught her breath. She looked around and saw him. Her dream man. "ADRIEN!" She yelled. The blond turned as he heard his name.

He gasped as he laid eyes on the Bluenette. "Marinette" he whispered. She walked over to him. A smile on her face. She tapped his nose. "I told you fate would bring us together" he said.

"I guess" she wrapped her arms around him.
